If you still see the spiked ball than its the older version. The new one has like three probe looking things going in instead of the spiked ball which personally I liked better.

I guess the first one I downloaded was the older version despite having the new update out. I'll have to recheck that

Ew yeah, the new one looks redder and deeper and is hooked backwards. I mean it's arguable, but the new one seems more severe, it's just less spiky.
And I may seem complainy, but I'm with everyone with the fairy. The new penis is standard futa, while the other had extra pleasurable tendrils, looks like an egg-laying or horse-like penis, not to mention her stomach bulging from the parasite is now missing.

Hrmph. Well, I've seen both the spike-ball and the fish-hook versions, and to be honest, I find them both pretty nasty and painful-looking. The fish-hook a bit worse, probably because it's more red in colour.

You need to have the version of the game from the 16th of January. Then you just need to wait for the amoeba to use its short-range grab. Since it uses that move fairly frequently, you won't have to wait long.
