I noticed the resemblance as soon as she started doing the move.
1.She stomps her right (?) foot and makes a gap between her legs.
2.Then she starts gliding leaving a reddish silhouette behind her (Just like akuma does)
3.Then the screen flashes a few times,with tiki screaming (Like her being hit or something)
4.Then when Tiki climaxes a kanji appears above the Fallen Fairy,and she turns her back to the screen (Just like akuma does)

I'm a big fan of street fighter,that's how i noticed it.

I thought this was reallly obvious to everyone, haha, i guess not

Ah finally managed to get a download after a few retries. Now that I can finally see this Fallen Fairy animation I've heard so much about.

-5 minutes later-

Holy crap that was amazing. It definitely seems like one of those animations that once she hits you with it you should be done but I don't care. The start-up for the animation had me going almost immediately and the rest of it brought it on home. Especially liked the mini-corruption going there, though with her other GO animation it seems a little redundant. Still great though. Still great.

I do like the new move for FF...though I hope he continues with it and adds a scene where if you don't fight her blowjob off, she's get on top and ride you...and then if you don't fight that off, she's turn you to the side and stick her dick in you too...so you've got a mutual penetration. Could be fun haha.

What Eluku should do is give a new move to every enemy, but in the order from the most votes to the least.
Fallen Fairy got the most votes so gets her new move first, then the enemy with the second most votes then gets their new move, etc. etc.

Would be epic

It looks similar to the Akuma move, so you're probably avoiding it without realizing. The Akuma move glows red, the new one glows green. If you look for the green, you should find it.

In the spare time I'm doing a solitaire Fairy Fighting card game. Hope to release a beta soon.
NOTE: I didn't see anywhere a license for the game (not even CC). I want to credit eluku for the work and let the project be a doujinshi-like thing he can distribute in the blog/within the game.

Sounds like you're either having shitty luck, or an older version of the game. There's really no baiting it, it just happens. And it happens often.
