At present there's no actual difference in how Sylvie reacts, but to get above 'Very High' you just have to keep stimulating those areas. It will take a while, and the game doesn't actually reveal to you the math that goes into it. Let's just say there's a pretty big gap between 'Very High' and 'Super High', and an even bigger gap between 'Super High' and 'Mega High'.

For how hard you have to work to get up there, it's really too bad that it doesn't change anything... but I'm hoping that's because they're placeholders for (near) future additional content.

I think it may relate to how easily she gets horny? Or how ready she is for sex? Though the latter may simply be based off of her lust value, not sure.

It does, but my point is that in the actual code for the game, there is absolutely no functional difference between 'Very High' and Super/Mega High right now.

For the first one, go out alone and then immediately come back home.

For the second, she has to be needy, and then have her help you with her work all day (only an option if she's wearing a nurse outfit).

didnt know the hint, for the kitchen it has changed from the camisole to the apron now? since i see the shop still doesnt saell me the camisole

Correct, it's now naked apron, as it should've been to begin with.

The 'lewd' clothing options are now in their own shop, which you can visit by yourself at night.

thanks also in the shop i see a glove section but there is still nothing there after 130 days.and i saw a santah dress is that normal in game or it is a addon?

All primary H-scene actions are now by touch, as the changelog says. That's probably where you're messing up.

Gloves are currently only included with the corset dress--though more will be added at a later date, which is why the shop has a space for them. The Santa outfit was an 'official' mod created by the original author. It's available in the 'Omake' folder, you'll have to install it yourself and then enable it by typing "Custom Clothes" into the 'Say' box and hitting Say.
