I have try translator++ but the it can't not unpack game files from the exe and just gets stuck.

need help

for some reason every Lusterise game i played always broken like this, the dialogue is incomprehensible and i'm not sure what went wrong
no way it's language pack cause i played tons of JP games and they all works fine except this, and it's not locale system either cause same reason

Some engine require you to used Japanese regional setting (Set "Regional format" to Japanese in window parameters - It don't require to reboot the computer).
In some other rare game, using just the unicode to JP ain't enough, you may have to fully set your computer to JP or use emulating tool (LE - Local Emulator - ussually do the trick for me).
