As the ships coordinated their scrap collecting efforts, Scarlet took the opportunity to coordinate her plans with Kar'rak. She smiled in anticipation looking over to to her coms, where Kar'rak's window was waiting. "And now, we rip them to pieces, knock down their shields with the drone, and the Scudo will target his vital systems. The Dignitas will be dust before they know it."
"Agreed," nodded Kar'rak, Charge your weapons, we hunt today.
As soon as the scrap was done being loaded into their cargo hold, the drone from the Sparrow rocketed forwards, a laser slamming into the shields of the Dignitas, bringing down the level 1 shields in its single volley. Then the Scudo fired, its laser slamming into the hull of the Dignitas. The basic sensors on board each of their ships read the spinal laser inoperable. They had succeeded in disabling the system!
The Dignitas began powering weapons, their short range signal barely making it to the ships. The furious face of the Sargent appeared, "Your ships will be turned to ash, and everyone you ever knew will be turned to slaves!" He barked. The Shield on board the Dignitas reengaged moments before the drone from the Sparrow fired again. The Scudo and the Dignitas each fired at the same time, twin lasers lashed out at the Scudo. Scarlet managed to slip out of range of the first one, but the second knocked against their hardened shields, sending a rumble through their ship.
"I'm on it!" Yumi shouted through the coms, bringing up the shield as fast as she could. The lasers from the Scudo and the drone each hit their marks, bringing down the shields, and then bringing down the engines on the Dignitas.
The hostile ship wasn't out of the fight yet, the power to the spinal laser had been restored and it was charging to fire. Scarlet growled, taking aim at the spinal laser again. The Dignitas used emergency thrusters to maneuver, keeping the Sparrow within its sights now. The crew of each ship focused as intensely as they could, the drone charging first, then the lasers on board the Scudo and Dignitas fired at once. The Sparrow's drone took down the shield, and the Scudo slammed another laser into their spinal laser system, disabling it again.
The laser fire from the Dignitas rocked against the Sparrow's shields, and pumped into the drone room! Uyard yelped as sparks flew from his console, making him stumble back, scorch marks across the front of his uniform. Ha growled, but dove back into the console, "Drone is down, I'm bypassing EDS conduits to provide remote power to the unit." He said, his tiny hands quickly running through the cords. The Dignitas Engines seemed to repower at the same time that the drones did! Unfortunately the Dignitas managed to get off a shot before the Sparrow and Scudo could fire.
Scarlet did her best to force the Scudo between the Dignitas and the Sparrow, but the Dignitas managed to slam its lasers into the Sparrow again, knocking down its shields and striking its shield systems! The Sparrow lost its shields, Uyard gasped, panicking a little, he didn't know if he should continue manning the drones and helping them charge, or running to fix the shields.
*Stay on Drones!* Kar'rak's voice barked through the coms. Uyard trembled, but obeyed the order. The Sparrow tried to move away from the Dignitas as Scarlet tried to keep herself between them. The drone was finally charged again, but the spinal laser on board the Dignitas was repaired again.
Scarlet gritted her teeth, it was so painful waiting for the weapons to recharge, but finally they did. The drone from the Sparrow fired, and Scarlet swung the nose of the Scudo towards the Dignitas and let off her own laser, both slammed into the Skorm Destroyer, again, disabling its spinal laser again again. The task was frustrating... "Aim for their shields!" Scarlet shouted over the coms to Kar'rak.
The Destroyer fired next, its long body aimed at the Sparrow, but Scarlet was able to force the Scudo between them. The two lasers from the Dignitas pinged against the Scudo's hardened shields, bringing them to half effectiveness.
Gritting her teeth, the Scudo and the Sparrow's drone released a pulse of energy that fried the Dignitas' shields. "Again!" Scarlet shouted, knowing there would be a repair crew in that room.
One of the Dignitas' beams hit the Scudo, the other flying off into space. The next rounds from the fleet ripped through the shield systems of the Dignitas, The Scudo's round maintaining the damage on the spinal lance. Another pair of laser bolts hammered into the Scudo, finally taking down its hardened shields. "Don't think you're winning." Scarlet taunted, the Scudo listing slightly as the loss of its hardened shield, left only with the standard shield.
The Scudo and Sparrow fired next, each striking the weapons systems on board the Dignitas. A short ranged transmission coming through to the two ships,"P-please, spare our lives, let us leave with that much. We were just following orders." Gasped the once stone faced commander of the Dignitas. Alarms pulsed in the background of his static ridden transmission, "We offer Four Fuel and five missiles, that's all we have left." He panted.

Well at least we won the fight. I say a combination of B, then D, and then A if possible after that, telling the man to never blindly follow orders when there are lives at stake like this especially civilians lives who are just trying to live their lives as safely as they can, because the next time he might not be so lucky as to run into someone as kind as we are, but if he smarts off to us and such then after we have all of the stuff we dust his ship after we have everything. Then once we have all of the info, and this new guy, who apparently has had some contact with the Markers from Dead Space, we should get the fuck out of there, heading to one of the mining stations, either one is fine.

Ah well, feeling generous: Tell him to spill the beans about Iplier and anything else he deems appropriate, then kindly remind him that failing his orders will have him executed and his best bet is to stay low for a while(As to not rat us out).
If he's forthcoming with info, we end with A, if he values secrecy above a lifeline, we end with C.

It's obvious that all but C will lead to the end of the galaxy as we know it. Thus I vote F.
In a more serious note: Take your time, don't neglect academical studies just to keep churning out updates on a CYOA, and my silly vote above will be updated once proper options are available.

Yumi leaned against the door, a discouraged look on her face as she looked at the fellow engineer, "I'm the only one left from my team too. something on the planet got us."
Mark nodded, an expression of frustration, then rage on his face. He didn't speak right away, merely attempting to contain a growl of rage.
The ships that floated apart from each other, The Scudo and the Sparrow floating towards the edge of the grave well slowly, the Dignitas floating back towards the planet, neither side moving quickly.
