I tried to download it but it keeps dropping my connection, may be my location I don't know.

Will probably try to reinstall creative suites to see if I can decensor it myself... but I don't know how that works

Managed to fully decensor 1.13 english version, will post a link here when I get around to uploading it somewhere

Here is the link for the decensor of the english version 1.13. You only need to replace this specific file, all the other game files can be left alone

you just need to copy it into the data subfolder and replace the existing file, I would advise you make a backup of the original before overwriting it though.
