What do you mean 'original'? It's a Giratina ginjinka according to /d/. And I have no reason not to believe them what with the girls skin colour being the same as Giratina's body colour, her wings being the same shape and colour as Giratina's and the horns almost exactly the same.

It's not.
I could also go on to say that Giratina doesn't have a third eye, or anything close to it in (apparently either of its two forms) design

Also going off of your post, the wings are completely different. The Giratina wings are gaseous looking
The girl has generic red-black bat wings.
It is far from 100% definite
I'd say it's, in fact, 0% definite
