You need to do the Cassie story quest in order to get Arlene to appear at the BDSM club. Go talk to Arlene at the club about being her sub, then talk to Fawn at the club about doing harsher play. Sorry for the late reply. It's fixed in the newest version.

It was like this game utilize several cutout right? The hands cutout was bugged and stay there, I was using magician's fingerless glove so there's a cut out of black leather there.

Again, it is fixed already.
