I tried extracting everything with 7zip by right-clicking Mod.7z.001>Show more options (I'm on win11)>7Zip>Extract files, which I put into the root directory of COM3D2, got the same error

They were fine when they were uploaded. I can't guarantee what google servers do afterwards.
It looks to me like 7zip is struggling to extract in the game folder directly. The COM folder could be read only or you need admin permissions.
I'll test the mod parts to check for errors but I'm 99.9% sure that the issue is on your end.
And again, please only use 7zip to extract. Use the newest version available. Winrar can't handle split 7z archives and will corrupt the files.
