I don't find an image like that in the extracted archive, nor anything they might use to layer it together in-game. Although it looks like the scenes don't do much of that. It's just full-on artwork of everything the characters are doing at any given moment.
I also don't find that line in any of the script files, even broken up bizarrely. It's probably a preview from somewhere or a composite somebody made for some reason.
Addition: Are they still on 0.8 or did an 0.85 come out? I'm looking at the assets for 0.8.

OK, you got in there while I was checking something, so I'm promoting my edit to a new post.
The images are in the folder with the backgrounds. And I didn't find the text because they actually used the ellipsis character, which is a little unusual. It's part of a teaser by the look of it. They run through the same scenario three times and explain how changing Belle's stats will alter what you can do. I don't see any trigger conditions for it or any calls. The only references are in a script called teaser_2.rpy, so I'm guessing it's an old teaser they put together that's just continuing to kick around in the code. Either we've all forgotten it, or it was never public.

I can be wrong but I would bet this is related to Belle's HJ quest. Latissa said this version was supposed to have another 2 big quests with Belle, but they just didn't have the time to add them in game... one of these quest will be added to 0.85 verse and I'm almost certain this snapshot could be part of it, so I don't believe this to be a fake.

2 blogs updated a giant text wall about version 0.82, 0.9, 1.0 and whatever will happen before/same time/after all those patches ..... Go on Xaljio's if you need to read it, he speaks better engrish

Yea wall of text explaining how they need to rest even though 0.8 was released almost a month ago... oh and also to not expect 0.9 anytime soon.
I like the concept of this game, the humour is nice and art is decent but the porn content is fairly limited.
