Zix stands and once more takes hold of Lilia's hand as they begin to head back towards her shuttle. As they begin to approach, they can hear voices. Human voices.

As they approach Lilia's crash site, they notice several Systems Alliance soldiers standing with weapons pointed at Ash, and one of them suspended in the air above her head, a tendril coiled around his throat and trying to choke him through his armor. "Who the hell are you, and why are you rooting through Lilia's things?!" the Warder shouts, the soldiers looking rather intent on saving their captured comrade. "We're here to rescue the Kitsune who was riding this shuttle, you overgrown sunflower. Put him down and we won't burn you to cinders!" one of the soldiers says, though this leaves Lilia more than enough time to likely step in.

Smiling at Zix, Lilia holds her hand and heads on back to the shuttle, and Ash. Along the way, she idly wondered just how long she'd been here on this planet, as she'd lost count of the days really.

Her thoughts were cut short however when they got within hearing distance of Ash, where Lilia heard other voices... human voices. Gasping at the sounds of the voices, Lilia glanced at Zix and then ran towards the shuttle, both fearing for Ash's safety and her own if she stepped in with Zix hot on her heels. She couldn't worry about that now though, Lilia thought to herself, she had to help her friend and talk to the Alliance people.

"Wait wait... don't shoot her. Ash releases the soldier to fall onto his ass when told to release him. "Lilia, you know these stupids?" she asks, as the soldiers turn their weapons to point at Lilia, before lowering them so as to not shoot the kitsune by accident. "Ms. Ashfold, I presume? A science vessel investigating one of the other nearby planets picked up your emergency broadcast two days ago. Apologies for the delay, but we're here to rescue you." the soldier says, as Zix stomps her way out of the trees, trying to look intimidating without making any overt gestures of hostility. "Lilia, dear. Who are these...Strange males?" she asks, standing at her full, nine-foot height as she approaches, taking Lilia's hand in her own.

"Yeah Ash I know them... well not personally, but I do know them," Lilia told Ash when she'd released the one soldier.

"It's Ashford, but close enough. No worries, just glad my distress signal got out. My damn batteries died, and my shuttle's power core is shot, so... I literally have no way of getting out of here without outside help," Lilia replied to the soldier that spoke, breathing a sigh of relief that she'd been found.

"These Zix, are soldiers, um... warriors," she answered Zix's question, gesturing to the big tall alien female. "And this is Zix... the first being I met here, who's been my companion ever since I arrived really. And she's also helped to keep me safe. And Ash there is what the people here call a Warder plant, and they can grow plant life incredibly fast and incredibly large. All the edible vegetation you see around here she grew in just about three days... tops," she went on to tell the soldiers as she gestured at the alien woman and then the plant woman who both made their home with Lilia.

"Now... there still comes the matter of my mission. I was sent out to survey a number of planets, and this one was around the middle of my route. But, it has a lot of potential for a colony I think, and has a lot of sentient locals who could benefit from a small colony of ours, as you can probably guess by my two friends here," Lilia said to the soldier leader after the introductions, thinking about her mission again now that she'd been found.

"If I'm going to be perfectly honest with you, Ms. Ashford...Your mission doesn't mean jack after this kind of a discovery." the soldier says, giving all of his men the signal to stand down. "I'm not a bigwig, and I'm sure as hell not a scientist, but that right there..." he says, pointing to Ash. "Is more valuable than any research data. And...You say there's more than one of them?" he asks, as a shuttle begins to descend from orbit, moving to land on the beach where it's safe. The soldier reaches his right hand up to the side of his head, turning on his radio and nodding his head a few times. "Roger that. Ms. Ashford...My men will secure this site until we receive further orders. Right now, the Sirta Foundation representative wants to debrief you on what you've found down here." the soldier says, motioning towards the shuttle.

Zix maintains her intimidating presence, keeping her hand interlocked with Lilia's the entire time, then growls when she sees the other shuttle. "Are we going to meet more of your people, Lilia?" the alien woman asks, several of the soldiers looking uneasy about the closeness of Lilia and Zix.

"Yeah I realize that. And I figured they would want to talk to me about things. But yeah there's... lots of them as far as I can tell. Though, they require feeding to be able to manage their fields of crops I guess you could say, and they hibernate through the winters here, which from what I've been able to gather lasts twelve months. Hey Ash... do you know how many of your people there are here on this world?" Lilia replied to the soldier leader, looking to Ash and asking how many Warders there were.

"Probably hon, not sure if they want me to come up there, or if they'll want to come down here instead," Lilia replied to Zix when she asked what she did, unsure of which it would be as she looked back to the soldier leader. "I would like to request that Zix here come with us, as she's been my close companion since I crashed, and she does know a lot about this place... much more than I do," Lilia then said to the soldier leader, requesting Zix come with them if it were to their ship.

Ash turns to look at Lilia, her face scrunching up in thought as she's asked how many there are. "I'd say about three hundred? Give or take?" she estimates, as the soldiers begin to disperse to explore and secure the site.

"Perfectly reasonable. However you'll both have to go through decontamination. Standard procedure." the soldier's leader, who Lilia can now see has a set of Lieutenant's bars on his armor pads, says as he leads them to the shuttle. "This will take you up to the Cruiser where the Sirta Foundation representative is waiting. Chances are, you're gonna get a hell of a reward for this discovery, Ms. Ashford." he says, waiting for the two to climb aboard, then slamming the side of the shuttle twice to let the pilot know it's safe to take off, the doors shutting and carrying them onward.

Zix maintains her grip the entire time, staying as close to Lilia as she can manage, following her into the shuttle and onward. "How dangerous are those...Strange things all of those men were holding?" the alien woman asks as the shuttle takes to the stars.

"Hmm, less than I'd have thought, but it doesn't matter really. Speaking of which Ash, I need to talk to you about something before I go for a little while," Lilia told Ash, patting her head.

"Thank you lieutenant, I don't think I'd complain about the decontamination process after everything that's happened here. And a reward would be nice... though I'm sure they'll take some out to pay for my shuttle here most likely," Lilia replied to the soldier leader, thanking him and shaking his hand for coming to her rescue.

Gripping Zix's hand that was still holding her own, Lilia nodded to her mate and moved over to Ash for a minute, kneeling down close to her. "Hey Ash... there was this other Warder plant I met yesterday. Her garden was starting to get out of control, and she was a bit bigger than you are. Ash listens to Lilia's request, shaking her head slowly. "Adding is easy, Lilia. Taking away is really really hard, if not impossible." the warder says, looking rather downtrodden. The Lieutenant waits by the shuttle for Lilia to finish up her business, as Zix tightens her grip on Lilia's hand and moves to comfort her. "Sorry, my love...Perhaps your people know how to fix it?" she asks, looking down at her mate sympathetically.

"Seriously Ash? There has to be ways to take away what was added surely. It wouldn't make sense for there not to be some ways to," Lilia asked, a look of disbelief on her face as she glanced over at Zix when she suggested what she did about Lilia's own people maybe doing something for it. "Well... it can be done, but... in some cases they... have to actually physically cut and slice bits of it off and stuff, which you don't feel because our painkillers and such. But in my case, with such a large... thing, it could be a bit painful and may be a long process, I don't know really because I'm not a doctor. And I may be unable to actually have sex for a while if I did that," Lilia went on to say to both Zix and Ash on the matter of having her people handle the problem. looking a bit worried about the notion as she sighed.

"I guess that's how it'll have to be done though, since there's apparently not any way to do this without it. I'm no doctor though, so it may not be as tough on me as I'm thinking," Lilia said after a few moments, looking a bit sad about this, but not too greatly as she gave Zix's hand a gentle squeeze.

Ash nods her head solemnly. "Really sorry, dear...I'm gonna have words with that bitch though. Teach her to make my Lilia sad." the Warder says, growling as some of her vines begin to burrow under the ground towards the northeast.

Even if we cannot show our love to each other for a time afterwards, I will stay by your side." the alien woman says, looking over at the shuttle. "Should we...Go now? I do not know your customs, nor do I know if it is rude to keep another waiting for a long time."

"Well don't worry about it too much hon, not something you can really help so there's no reason to. Thanks though for at least telling me what all you did. And don't go starting fights, I'll talk to that dryad or whoever he was about it when I get back, see what he thinks about it," Lilia told Ash, hugging her.

Lilia hugged back against Zix when she was hugged by the alien woman, nuzzling her cheek against her a bit before smiling up at her. "Thanks Zix, I hope it won't be as difficult as all that though. We do have some quite good doctors, so maybe one can do something about it. And... they may get a bit angry if I don't go soon, but they don't mind waiting a couple of extra minutes, hmhm," Lilia said to Zix with a smirk, winking at her before grabbing her main gear and whatnot before heading over to the other shuttle. "Hey lieutenant, don't go too far into the woods if you all aren't coming back up with me. Ash there can show you what's what, and try not to shoot anything no matter what okay, it'll anger a lot of the locals," Lilia said to the soldier leader as she boarded the shuttle.

Ash nods at Lilia's statement, moving back to tending her garden and ogling some of the soldiers with predatory eyes.

Zix maintains her closeness with her mate, boarding the shuttle with her, at which point the door shuts and they can feel a jerk as the shuttle begins to lift off, heading into space.

After a short jounrey, the shuttle pulls into dock on an Alliance cruiser, which Lilia will notice has the name "Cairo" painted on the side. Once it has docked, the door opens and several soldiers point their assault rifles at the two women, and they can see a decontamination screen set up to clean them, the soldiers motioning for them to proceed through the screen, which is a blue holographic grid to represent the threshold, and passing through it will clean them of any dangerous foreign contaminants. On the other side, a rather buxom purple Asari stands with a datapad in her right hand, and seems to be wearing nothing more than a black bikini and thigh-high leather six-inch platform boots, with eight inch heels. "Ms. Ashford? I'm Sera, your assigned Sirta Foundation representative. I trust you aren't majorly injured?"

"Oh Zix... as for what you asked about how dangerous the soldiers guns are... they can kill in a single shot if it's well placed, and you don't have armor and or shields up and on," Lilia told Zix as they got into the shuttle, remembering what the alien had asked earlier that she hadn't answered.

When the shuttle took off, Lilia braced for the shudder, holding Zix's hand to calm her if she tensed at the shuddering. As they went up, Lilia looked out the windows and saw the ship they were heading to, and when they docked she saw the name of the cruiser they were on was the Cairo. Lilia steps out and into the decontamination screen to let it do its work, motioning for Zix to follow her. When it was done and cleaned them up, Lilia nodded to the guards and went on inside, waiting for Zix to follow so they could stay close.

"Hello Sera, pleasure to meet you. And no, not really injured at all. Well, my pride more than anything at crashing like I did, but other than that nothing more than a couple of cuts and bruises that have mostly already healed up. Dunno what happened, the power core just failed or something, or the connectors to it. I'm not entirely sure to be perfectly honest with you. But I checked the power core and it was dead as a doornail, that much I know," Lilia said to the Asari woman, shaking her hand upon being greeted, if Sera took her hand that is when it was offered. "And this is Zix, a companion I met on the surface literally minutes after crashing. I thought she was going to attack me at first, but she didn't, and we've been very close friends ever since. I did explore around some with her as my guide too, and I've learned a few interesting things about the place, though I've not really had time to sit down and record all my findings yet," she added, introducing Zix to Sera.

Zix stays surprisingly calm the whole time, likely seeing how unafraid Lilia was and using that as an indicator. Once through the decontamination screen, the alien woman lowers her head in greeting to the Asari, whose gaze lingers on the creature for several moments before it registers that Lilia spoke. "Oh. I should tell you that the shuttle crash was...Actually our fault." the woman says nervously, turning towards a door and walking, her large breasts swaying and bouncing with each step she takes. "You see, that shuttle was...Actually purchased second-hand...We only realized a day before you sent out your distress call that the eezo we used for the core was...Impure. Likely to destabilize and fail." she says, nervousness in her voice as she leads them on. Eventually, she comes to a door marked "Interrogation" and enters. "Don't mind the name of the room. It's the best place to debrief you on a military vessel." she says assuringly, ushering the two women inside the room and taking a seat opposite the mirror on one wall, another seat across a metal table from her.

"I see... well I knew it wasn't in tip top shape, but I didn't know all the exact details about it. Bad luck on my part I guess, but I'm not angry at you all, was an honest mistake... at least I'd like to think anyway. Though... isn't that sort of thing supposed to be checked before someone takes the risk of going out in a secondhand vessel like that?" Lilia said, not truly angry, but a bit upset that they hadn't checked that kind of thing more beforehand.

When they arrived at the interrogation room, Lilia raised an eyebrow questioningly at Sera before the Asari woman spoke again. She shrugged her shoulders and walked in with Sera, taking a seat across the table from her, looking around to make sure Zix had a seat too, though as large as she was, Lilia wasn't sure if a chair would hold her or not. "So... what would you like to talk about?" Lilia asked Sera curiously, unsure of what there really was to talk about. "Oh yeah also, as soon as I can, I'd like to talk to the best doctor on the ship... I'm hoping that he or she can help me with something I need to talk about," Lilia added to the Asari woman.

Sera nods as Lilia speaks, setting the datapad down on the table and folding her hands together in front of her. "I'd like to talk about your medical concerns, firstly. I'm not only a representative from the Foundation, but I am also a trained physician specializing in Human and Xeno-biological studies." she says, before standing and moving over to the camera in the room, unplugging it. "As per patient confidentiality, you both will be my patients should you have any medical concerns while working for the Foundation, thus anything said here will remain private." she says, walking back to her seat and sitting down, her breasts seeming to move far more than they should naturally, exaggerating all of her movements.

Zix, meanwhile, takes a seat on the floor next to Lilia, seeming perfectly comfortable, and also leaving her head at shoulder-level with the kitsune, listening to the Asari and remaining silent.

Which is why I mentioned to the marines you sent down to try and not leave the area around the shuttle crash site. Because I didn't want any of them to maybe have the same things happen to them too," Lilia said as she paced, looking a bit nervous.

Lilia asked curiously a few moments later, looking over at Sera curiously, and waiting for an answer before continuing.
