I'll note your request on the sperm/egg animation, if enough people request this, I'll add a symbol to mark games with this feature. It will require a little extra work to identify these games.

In 1.03 gangbang/dp was added, however the dev forgot to code for impregnation when this scene happens. It will only trigger if you get raped by a single facehugger.

I'll add a note to the RPG's list. You're right most of them require VX ACE or which ever RTP to be downloaded first.

Thanks! There should be an english version for both games if I remember, you've tried looking in the options? You might have to find a fan translated version maybe, it's been a long time since I've played either so I could be wrong.

There is a game call Mayuri sama's Laboratory which is a game where you have multiple girls captive and have rape or make love to them. If you cum inside getting them pregnant is an option. If your looking for a translated version of the game I'm sorry but there is no official English translation but there is a group of people currently translating the game.
