Drop factory, Key of Egg and Yukiiro quest are pretty good as well, though I still haven't managed to finish them (Drop Factory specifically gets really boring after some hours of playthrough).

It's evident that I did not play every single game on this thread, but I did play a good amount, so I'm not just judging by the looks alone. Main reasons I disliked 'em were bad artwork, bad animations and some incredibly long tutorials (AW for example). Content involving tentacles and pregnancy must have a good art so as not to look disgusting, as many bad games do.

Though OP doesn't imply the games are good, he just lists them, so, well, who cares. I'll share my thoughts, when I started playing these kinds of games many years ago, I learnt that 50% of these games are poor/trash quality and not really even worth a dollar. 30-40% are playable but I will only ever play through once, or if it's tedious/takes up too much time I just download a completed save. 10% (if that) are actually decent, have good art and well designed gameplay/controls.

That being said, none of these adult games I've played will ever compare to 'real' games I play on steam such as Rimworld, Squad, Kerbal Space Program or Escape from Tarkov. The majority of my gaming is in those kind of games. Pornographic games are highly taboo outside of Japan (where gruesome violence is ok, but sex is no no). The only high profile game with pregnancy I can think of is Duke Nukem Forever, where you see trapped pregnant girls who explode with aliens. They were able to get away with this because the game is satire/comedy. Most of these adult games are made by very low key indie developers (teams of 1-3 people). You can't really expect the same level of quality and depth.

But lets be real, most of us play these games for the adult content. Not for the gameplay.

Hey, that's not entirely true. There's plenty of anime and manga and, hell, even some live action featuring pregnancy and some of that is pretty good for its media type. But, none of them have the appeal of a game, and the immersion games offer. They may not be good games, but I'd wager that the fact that we're here instead of the anime or manga recommendation sections is probably enough indication that even these crappy games are more appealing to us than the other more passive media types.

That's kinda it. I've seen many good hentai videos/pics featuring both tentacles and pregnancy, but I like h-games a lot so I prefer playing them if they're good enough. Honestly I initially thought this was a recommendation thread, then I figured out it was just... a list and that's it. Makes sense for it to be full of crappy games... but still that Sturgeon Law definitely applies and makes sense.

I'm very strict when it comes to quality, as I don't like to fap to ugly porn, so all I wanted to was to find a game as good as the one's I've mentioned earlier. Maybe I've already played all of them? That'd be disappointing.

It's a shame there was never a followup to Parasite in city. The tiny 5 second bit of pregnancy/birth was really great...too bad it was only the fly and not any of the tentacle monsters.

In 1.03 gangbang/dp was added, however the dev forgot to code for impregnation when this scene happens. It will only trigger if you get raped by a single facehugger.

Looks like the only way to trigger this is with hugger + female zombie.

Unfortunately it's just the usual fly birth, no new animation. Sad.
