It's little weirder than that. The actual pregnancy CGs are all tied to bad ends, while there's also three or so endings from clearing the game where the MC has a child. Too much sex with humans results in her having a human son; too much with monsters results in her having a yuki-onna daughter; too much sex with the town's lord results in her being kidnapped by him and having his son.

It does have pregnancy [game-over cg], along with decensorship mod that's easy enough to find on f95 [4k and non4k]. Tons of gameplay as well; played it well over 4 hours and still getting more content.
Somewhat beefy computer suggested if you add the mod to it.

Enemies can actually impregnate you, haven't tested if you can give birth though since dem deadlines in-game messes things up. You are also given something after getting impregnated once and talking to the Nun (or was she a bishop or something) that prevents you from getting pregnant from demons but gives you a higher chance getting pregnant with humans. (or was it 100%). Would get back at this after testing some more games lul.

Haven't fully tested yet but can get pregnant from Human Enemies and NPCs, which is actually bad to do at the start of the game since it heavily restricts you in doing anything since you will LOSE YOUR STATUS AS A MAGICAL GIRL AND EVERYTHING ALONG WITH IT. There is a later quest that rewards AN ITEM that solves this problem and turn you back into a magical girl but you can only get it ONCE.

Dunno if this is right but I hope this helps lel. (Only trying games with pregnancy tag in F95 and see if I would like anything, really looking for ones that are repeatable and thus why all the above aren't finished lol)

These two games. Only played one of them, but from what i played, the pregnancy is tied to one enemy (a fly in the third stage, but doesn't apply to the mc, rather the person it uses for a weapon) and the bosses should you lose their fights.

I know in previous games the pregnant scenes also activated when you reach a bar level after a certain amount of sex scenes, but in these games that doesn't happen anymore.

Edit: Played both. The Diva/ Younger Sister version has much more pregnancy/belly content than the other one with multiple enemies being able to swell her.

Human male or not? there's a bit with monsters as MC lel.
If so, Love & Sex: Second Base, Pheasant's Quest, Summertime Saga, Four Elements Trainer, Absolute Power Corruption, Breed Town 1 and 2, Black Garden, Outmaneuver! NN Pick-up Beach [NTR], Oba-sans Saga are the only ones I can think of, not even sure if most of them are repeatable or ending only lel.
