[Mechanic] Main heroine can be impregnated after maxing her affection stats. Female bosses can also be kept after defeat and fucked repeatedly until pregnant.

Quick note about this game: there are two version of it. Both are essentially the same game, however one has all of the female characters as lolis while the other has them all adults. The link is for the adult version. If you have both and combine their files then you can use the main heroine's unique default dress from each version in the other.

? if you like PC customization this could tickle your itch, however content wise(story, characters, etc.) CoC has it beat by miles.
 
Is there a game with similar status screen as Kozue's Strange Journey (by asayume2) like how many times she's been fucked and pregnancy status?

How does the pregnancy work in that game? Is it tentacles or just human?

As far as i remember its exclusively human, exept one scene at the start there is no action with any kind of monster, and i dont think any of the characters involved there can get impregnated at that point.

I last played this a few months ago, and I remember there being impregnation AND child birth as part of the aunt storyline, repeatable as well if I remember correctly (I think in terms of the story its to keep her lactating or something since she sells her breast milk)
 
I prefer Pregnancy games with realistic Pregnancy Progression and Realism to it. - So, I'm searching for something really awesome and great.
