Just a small addition to your information; a full table of job classes available for each "Race + Alignment" combination:

NOTE 1:
No accurate job class stat requirements provided; too much work to find out through trail and error.
Everyone can feel free to update this table and repost it with additional updated information included.

NOTE 2:
These 2 classes will most likely be translated as "Monk" by most automatic translators; using my personal selected choice of translations in this table:
A. 僧侶 = Priest (Japanese raw can be translated as "Cleric", "Priest", or "Monk")
B. モンク = Monk (Japanese raw is literal pronunciation for "Monk")

Got bored so.. I deleted my earlier post about classes. Here's some stat requirements for them. Together with the above post it should help for making every class. Comments are only complete for some classes. Take them with grain of salt.

-Warrior: 11 Str -Can counterattack. Can use the most weapon and armor types. Has high equip weight. Special ability crashes the game.
-Wizard: 11 Int -Specializes in wizard spellcasting. Uses staves. Light armor types. Low equip weight.
-Priest: 11 Faith -Specializes in priest spellcasting. Uses impact weapons and light shields. Medium armor types. Medium equip weight.
-Thief: 12 Luck -Can use hide (It's good). Uses daggers and swords. Some medium armor types like leather. Medium equip weight. Unlocks doors.
-Blacksmith: 10 Str, 10 Vit -Can use charge? Hammer type weapons. Armor types? High equip weight. Repairs equipment (requires consumable and hammer).
-Hunter: 10 Str, 12 Agi, 8 Luck -Can summon a slime that levels up. Uses bows. Medium armor types. Medium equip weight.
-Pirate: 12 Str, 12 Vit,10 Luck -Can use charge? Weapon types? Amor types? high equip weight.
-Alchemist: 12 Int, 10 Lck -Specializes in Alchemy spellcasting. Uses staves. Light armor types. Low equip weight.
-Summoner: 11 Int, 13 Lck -Specializes in summon spellcasting. Uses staves. Light armor types. Low equip weight.
-Bishop: 15 Int, 15 Fth -Hybrid Faith/wizard caster. Uses maces, staves, and light shields. Light armor types. Low equip weight.
-Druid: 12 Int, 12 Vit -Hybrid Faith/alchemy caster. Weapons? Armor types? Equip weight?
-Valkyrie: 13 Vit -Hybrid spearfighter/faith caster. Uses spears, halberds, swords. All armor types. High equip weight.
-Sorcerer: 15 Int -Hybrid Wizard/alchemy spellcaster. Weapons? Light armor. Low equip weight.
-Monk: 10 Str, 18 Vit, 14 Agi -Hybrid martial artist/faith caster. Can use charge? Monk types weapons like bo staff. Created character fist attacks always miss. Light armor. Really high equip weight.
-Dervish: 13 str, 12 Fth, 11 Vit, 13 Agi, 10 Lck. Uses curved blades? lol. Armor? Equip weight? Special ability crashes the game.
-Lord: 12 Str, 8 Int, 15 Vit, 9 Lck -Hybrid tank, faith caster. Can use protect. Heavy armor types. Weapons? High equip weight.

These were all done with gnome. So it's possible there might be some low minimums gnome already meets that I didn't get. Like Faith or agility.

Short rant. Why does monk have such a high equip weight when it can't equip barely anything? lol. Some of the good swords can be used by every class, feels a bit unintentional though cause it makes thief really strong, but helps for monk at least because I've only found one monk weapon. Would be cool if Blacksmith gets some kind of equipment repair ability.

Here is a translation of the traps on the chests for anyone needing it. I think only the first 4 traps are in the demo.
Left column going down:
Crushing Stones
Poison Needle
Numb Needle
Acid
Smoke
Aphrodisiac Fog
Underwear (just that word, so maybe it strips you to your underwear or destroys underwear.)
Teleport
(and the bottom one is the Cancel button.)

Right column going down:
Bomb
Poisonous Gas
Magic Absorption
Lamia's Eyes
Flock of Ghosts
Grim Reaper Sickle
Incubus's Touch
Alarm

There are like 5 scenes for each girl with Rufus/Max, with 2 or 3 of them having CGs. I haven't seen any of the defeat or capture scenes because my game still crashes every other time I get into a battle.

I'm nearly done putting together a full list of spells in English. The Summoner is a big letdown in this demo. She only gets the summon a slime spell, and her ability to fight is horrendously bad! Inferior to the Hunter (who I originally thought was a weak class too) in every way.

@climhazzard, if you want to update your list:
Priest (or Cleric if you call it that) uses impact weapons, leather skirt, metal breastplate (but not big platemail chest piece), leather gloves/boots. Small (Buckler) shields. Carry weight medium.
Summoner uses Staves, Clothing, leather gloves/boots. Carry weight low. Only has 1 spell in the demo (summon Slime).
Alchemist uses Staves, Clothing, leather gloves/boots. Carry weight low.

Wizard Spells:
Level 1: Fire Damage to 1 enemy / Sleep a row of enemies / Slow a row of enemies
Level 2: Lightning Damage to 1 enemy / Cold to 1 enemy / Fear a row
Level 3: Fire damage to a row / Mind Read (haven't found out where to use it yet)* / See an enemy's stat page
Level 4: Big Lightning damage to 1 enemy / Slight damage and freeze a row / Persistent Levitate
Level 5: Big Fire damage to a row / Persistent Map / Mass Dispel (your own spells too)

Priest Spells:
Level 1: Heal an ally / Bless the party / Damage 1 enemy
Level 2: Detect the type of chest trap* / Silence a row of enemies / Cure fear, charm, & confuse
Level 3: Shield an ally / Persistent Torch / Heal paralysis
Level 4: Big heal an ally / Cure poison / Persistent party-wide shield
Level 5: Super heal an ally / Buff party defense / Bigger damage to 1 enemy (maybe more to undead)

Alchemist Spells:
Level 1: Heal an ally / Awaken party from sleep / Physical damage to 1 enemy
Level 2: Acid attack to 1 enemy with a chance to weaken / Make escaping combat easier / Big physical damage to 1 enemy
Level 3: Lightning damage to a row / Speed up to all allies / Resistance up to all allies
Level 4: Big Heal an ally / Regenerate on an ally / Party-wide shield
Level 5: Repair equipment* / Cure poison and paralysis (and maybe others) / Reflect on 1 ally

Summon Spells:
Level 1: Summon Slime
Levels 2-5: Randomly after some battles you will have the opportunity to form a summoning pact with a monster. Mostly bats in the demo.

*These spells are cast from menus other than the spell casting menu.

Level 1: Summon Slime
Levels 2-5: Not in the demo
As summoners, you have to sign contracts with defeated monsters, after use they level up as normal.
I have 2 more bats and fairies, something like the harpy doesn't want to spawn with me at the moment <_ <

Oh yeah, I did have a bat try to talk to me after a fight. I'll have to fiddle more with the summoner then. Maybe when 1.07 comes out if it fixes the bug where you can't load games saved in the basement of the dungeon and I can recover my game. I do kind of wish they had some buff spells or something to cast on the slime and anything else they summon.

is there a way to interact with Rufus? like, heal him, cure him of paralysis, give him new equipment after his equipment breaks, etc? the item screen doesn't have him as selectable because he's not part of the main 4 party, which becomes a problem when he becomes paralyzed or needs new gear

I'm pretty sure you can target him with cure poison/paralysis spells. I'm not sure about during combat, but I'm almost certain I did it in the dungeon while just walking around. Other than that you have to just take him out of the dungeon and stay at the inn to get him fixed up.

Without buffs or other support abilities, summoner will probably be best used for multi class cheese. Easiest would be hunter since they share spell levels, you just swap to summoner whenever there's something you want to tame, then swap back to hunter. The wisp is a tier 2 pet, casts powerful AoE lightning quite often, is immune to physical damage, is fast, and sits in the backline; so another build could be to just grab a pet like that, then switch to something like alchemist for the rest of the game to buff and heal.

I find hentai games more enjoyable if I don't min/max like crazy though. After all, if you win all the duel battles then how will your girls get taken? So I'm not sure what, if anything, I'll do with summoner.

Honestly don't worry about repairing his equipment, it goes back to fully repaired occasionally and I don't think his sword breaks.

Wizard Spells:
Level 3: Fire damage to a row / ? / See an enemy's stat page

Priest Spells:
Level 2: Detect the type of chest trap / Silence a row of enemies / ?

Alchemist Spells:
Level 1: Heal an ally / ? / Damage to 1 enemy (physical maybe?)
Level 2: Cold Damage to 1 enemy / ? / Damage to 1 enemy (not sure which element)
Level 5: ? / Cure poison and paralysis (and maybe others) / Reflect on 1 ally

If anyone knows what any of the "?" spells do, please let me know. Also, when I was leveling the alchemist it was a bit buggy when I got to level 3 spells. It tried to give 4 spells, but then after leveling again it corrected itself.
About missing spells:
Wizard's Lv3 spell is "Mind Read", to read a NPC's mind, with no idea where to use it.

Priest's Lv2 spell is "Cure Mind", cure 1 allies' fear, charmed or confuse.

Alchemist's Lv1 spell is "Awaken", wake up whole party from sleep. Also, third spell is "Stone bullet", do physical dmg to one target.
Lv2 spell is "Acid", do dmg to one target with a chance to weaken it; "Escape", 100% rate to escape except special encounter (my game crushes when trying to escape so I'm not sure how it works); and "Metal bullet", do physical dmg to one target.
Lv5 spell is "Repair", repair a equipment (guest's not included) by right-clicking it and "cast a spell" on it.

Honestly don't worry about repairing his equipment, it goes back to fully repaired occasionally and I don't think his sword breaks.
Let him be naked and have a sleep, put him into a room that charge fines, and he will get a new set of armor.

I think the version is quite stable to play with v1.7 I had no more crashes.
is there an end to the demo? and what does selection 3 do? at wild bull?
after defeating him. first is gold and two is items but what does 3 do?

i think the game will be awesome as soon as the female main characters are included.
these random characters are nice but do not have that big impact

The "end" is when you complete the 2 quests from the Tavern. The Slime is the final boss and you get the red bra (and panties, but you can also get them elsewhere) from the chest after him. Then return to the tavern with the red set on a character and cash in the quests. You can keep playing after that, but there is nothing else to do really.

The 3rd option for Wild Bull is to make him "cease activities for 180 days." So I guess he disappears from the game for a long time. There's a 4th option in the 2nd fight if you lost a girl in the first fight, and that's to get your girl back from him.

Played a bit with 1.08 last night.

The sex stats and affinity page now tracks stats for captured characters (not while they're captured, but once you get them back). Even though the CG scene never explicitly shows a sex scene, they're definitely having sex once the scene progresses to them standing together naked. They've been fucked an awful lot by the time you get them back 10 days later, I can only imagine how much it'll be once the wild bull party is gone for 30 days. The wild bull party encounter is now harder too, it's possible to beat with a level 3 party, but only if you know the best spells to use.

All the weapons that were useable by every class are now only useable by select classes. Thief took a pretty big hit from that, mostly because you can't buy any higher tier thief weapons, and they are rare drops. It's still pretty good once you get the gladius looking sword though. Monk though, is now the worst class in the game, though I seemingly get the bo staff all the time when monk isn't in my party, it's an extremely rare drop when monk is in my party, and it's a tier2 weapon at best. Of the three faith/melee hybrids, Lord is definitely the best, since it can use all the spears Valkyrie can. But Valkyrie > Lord should be an easy progression even with low bonus stats, and you could go Lord > Monk if something good actually did show up for monk. Considering the monk doesn't start off with a weapon, perhaps it's a bug that fist attacks have such low accuracy. The thief guy can hit with unarmed attacks, but he has like 25 starting strength.

I messed around with the summoner a bit more. Can't really figure out the conditions to successfully recruit pets, the chance of success seems really low for all the pets on B1. You either have to save scum like crazy, or make a ton of trips back to town, because the death rats and wisps really wipe out your level 10 party quite easy. Despite that, I managed to get a few...

-Bat. Tier 1. Probably even worse than the slime.
-Death rat. Tier 2. Frontline. Very fast. Attacks cause instant death, a lot, and do 50+ dmg if they don't cause instant death. For party members, a shield protects against the instant death attack.
-Wisp. Tier 2. Immune to physical. Backline. Randomly casts powerful AoE lightning.
-Fairy. Tier 6. Backline. Casts tier 1 heal randomly on frontline party members every round.
-Harpy. Tier 7. Frontline. Attacks for around 35-40 damage every round and causes poison.

My summoner was leveled about half hunter levels and half summoner levels, I had 1 cast of the harpy, and 2 of the fairy.

The rats and lizards on floor 2 don't seem to be recruitable, but even if they were, it doesn't seem like they'd have much going for them.

I have a question regarding increasing the love for the MC. I managed to bring the love for my character down after putting one of the girls in the barn alone. And now i cannot get the love up anymore, is this a bug? if not how do you raise the love again?

Edit: nevermind, it seems you can only increase the love for the characters you create for your MC. The default starting 2 girls cannot have their love increased for MC. I may be wrong but it seems that way for me.

I finally figured out how to properly recruit pets with the summoner. You need to have the consumable highlighted in the screenshot, then the recruitment is always successful. The consumable is limited, so don't waste one on the bats until you have the pets from floor B1.

Anyone have a save with alot of money or right before you meet the bull character.

1.09
The "repair while equipped" function, which was limited to blacksmiths and alchemists, will be extended to other members of the party.
If there is a blacksmith or alchemist in the party and someone has a hammer and sand, they will be able to repair while wearing it.
Add poison remover to the store and make it drop more often.
Sleepiness is now completely gone after a night's sleep.
The penalty for the debilitating state was too great, so magic can be cast.
Return scrolls and repair sets are now easier to drop.
Fixed a problem with the scroll of return when used in battle.
Fixed an error that occurred when a leotard was included in a drop item.
Fixed a bug that prevented events from occurring for newly created characters.
Fixed an error when loading during a duel.
Fixed a problem where a non-party member would unlock a treasure chest.
Fixed a bug where there were still a small number of Kyokuto soldiers equipped.
Fixed a bug where key configs (up, down, left, right) weren't being applied after restarting the game.
Fixed a bug where the effect on the attribute of dealing with friendly enemies was the exact opposite of what it should be.
Fixed a bug that caused the original stats to drop when you leveled up if you wore equipment that reduced stats.
Fixed a bug that allowed you to do various things while dead or in ashes.
Fixed a problem where using a rod of flame had no effect.
Fixed missing image when Max equips the buckler.
Fixed an inconsistency in data loading when repeatedly deleting and creating characters.
If a character is repeatedly deleted and created, inconsistencies will occur when loading data. Please understand.
Fixed a problem where information from another save data could be seen when loading.
Fixed an error that occurred when pressing the number keys on the keyboard (fixed in 1.06).
Fixed a few other minor bugs.

There are some other bugs that have been identified as of now. We will fix them as soon as possible.
