VN/TEXT RPG Active NTR [Makura cover soft] Dungeon and Bride

I found the enemies in the Area right before ice dragon to drop some of the highest tier available stuff. Imps in mine too, but those were annoying in 2.09. Heard they got nerfed.

Aren't those just harpies, ice kobolds, golems, and basic bitch witches, or is something else up there that hasn't shown up for me?

The imps did get nerfed but yeah, still annoying and they have been dropping some real middling ass shit for me.

I think the golems have some better drops out of the bunch.

We don't, but the dev seems confident that it's very close to being ready. The current trial is supposed to be feature-complete, just missing most of the story and events.

Some kind of very short game, it turns out in this case. I defeated the dragon when even half of the party had not reached level 18, and this is the strongest open enemy.

"Feature-complete", not "content-complete". Also, the fact that the game's intro specifically says you can "only" level up to level 20 makes it sound like there's a lot more.

Also, looking at the unused game assets in the demo makes it clear there's a lot of enemies and areas that aren't in the demo.

I'm really hoping there's tons more, whats in the demo does feel like a lot for a demo, but it's pretty small for a game that's taken this long to make, with how kindof simple the dungeons are to make. TBH, i'd love to eventually see the game expanded into ridiculous sized megadungeons. my body is ready. My team's bodies might not be, but they'll just have to get used to it. The church out in the forest might be a nice foreshadow of some kind of myriad wizardry horseshit ass post-story dungeon with churches every handful of floors.

Currently, i might downgrade to 2.08 just so i get my necromancer farm back..... might.

I don't know. The first time I did a blind playthrough of this game I played for 10+ hours straight.
I think if you've been checking every patch and got used to to some of the puzzle or quest orders, it's going to take away the novelty and make it a less entertaining experience.

This dev's past games are not that long if you are casual. However, if you are completionist and trying do every heroines, You will easily have more than 20 hours playtime.
Also, Pretty sure there's like an endless dungeon or free mode also.

Regardless, the contents are too good to pass. Explore unknown dungeon, unknown equipments, free roaming, pick your heroines, (adjustable difficulties)<-past games. Don't know about this one . This makes it stands out above all generic games out there.

you can also tell the expectations with how many ppl are keeping track on this thread

i could probably live for weeks on an endless random-generated dungeon, it's not like i'm playing this all day, but i continually come back for more. along with a few other games such as MaiDenSnow Eve.

Could feel like first-person dungeon crawler diablo 1/2.

Big reason why I won't touch it until release + patched release + patched patches

So as I understand it, there are three roles that need to be filled by any party. In order of importance, you must have a Trap Avoider to open chests, a Repairer to handle mid-dungeon repairs, and a Identifier to evaluate incoming loot because the ID costs skyrocket.

The avoid skill is limited to Hunters, thieves, monks and assassins. Monks may make a poor choice if Luck affects the chance to spring a trap... it seems to, since I used that as my dump stat and had a noticeably bad time of it.

The Repair skill appears to occur only TWICE - for smiths and alchemists.
Also, the Appraise skill is likewise limited to Alchemists and Priests only.

The hirelings in each town break some of those rules: For example the Northrop Bard uses Holy instead of Mage spells, and can appraise but has 0 of the normal bard skills.

Respeccing trashes your stat spread - you will get the absolute minimums that your new class requires, which is why it can be better to respec to a class that has high requirements. Respec hits the MC especially hard because he'll lose his free access to counter. But the fact that single-class casters get far better access to spells makes respeccing from one into a non-caster or Hybrid-caster especially tempting.

If any of this is in error, please let me know. Class skills aren't enumerated anywhere, so I had to experiment.

Actually, I've usually gotten by just fine without ever using Repair or Appraise, and just going to the shop in town. Rarely have I ever run out of money.

All party members can disarm traps, but those with the Avoid skill have higher success rates... others may trigger the trap in the process of disarming it.
All party members can Appraise, but Alchemists and Priests are just better at it, and have a higher success rate.

Failure to Appraise can sometimes inflict Fear on the party member for... some reason.

This is also my experience.

I think only the blacksmith can non-magically repair items mid-dungeon, with a consumable item that takes too much space and costs to much to be worth it, imho. Plus, blacksmith ain't all that great otherwise.

as long as we're stuck with Max, he might as well just be the dedicated chest opener. even if he doesn't have the stats or alignment to change to assassin you can use the thief-only dagger to do it anyway, lol.

Being able to try to appraise things by anyone has been interesting, generally i've found it pretty useless, if it's worthwhile no one seems good enough, if it's cursed they try to put it on.

But as for cash, unless i skipped the opening part before there was an update that gave you some cash, was literally the only time i've had a rough time with cash, you're going to get so many drops your party can't use so you can just sell it, it just stacks up and up, just don't get your red bikini armor broken every fight, lol?

I even use the warehouse to keep a storage of interesting stuff i come across and still end up with like millions of gold

Thanks for all the feedback.

But you can't have all 5 female races if you have max. So I just go with all custom characters and leave max and the mage at the guild.

well thats only possible due to a mod. on regular gameplay max is forced into your party.

Has the dev ever shared the look of all races outside of the ones available for the demo?

Previous demos only had Human, Elf, and Gnome girls available to recruit. The latest demo added in Dwarves and Sylphs.

You can see all the character designs on the game's website
