It seems that it might be too short judging by your feedbackYou might want to think about adding a 1-2 second cooldown to the 1-2 boss's torso grab. Currently it can do it immediately after you escape a grab, and that combined wih it's movement towards you and the short distance between you and it upon escaping a grab means that you only have a split second to move away before you get engulfed again.

Mod seems really cool so far, but I think the struggling mechanic just outright doesn't work for gamepads. Using the arrow keys on the keyboard works though.
Once that value fills your health bar completely, you die and have to restart the entire game.
This might be the only reason why I'll not play the mod for now. This is something that kills the entire purpose of lewd games/mods and it doesn't matter if the game is easy or very difficult at that point. You keep equipment when you full restart, so the difficulty gradually becomes easier with each restart if you can afford to cleanse all status effects since you can farm the fragments all over again and work towards the next item.idk if this is base game bug but i have often clipped through the map while getting captured... sometimes the the struggle doesnt work too?
also latend hypnosis sound bug. there's a spam of sound queue
edit: i like the mod. but i think full restart gameover isnt much of a good idea? i like permanent health damage but maybe it's defeat per stage? but the penalty is much bigger? im just spitballing here so dont take it too seriously
Outside of the buglocking issues with 1-2 boss I'd say you've done a good job on the difficulty. Once I beat it I managed to get all the way to 3-2 without savescumming or retrying, and the reason I stopped there was more because I was seeking out status effects rather than the difficulty being too bad. All of the enemies I have encountered so far are managable in grapples, as the first stage rarely inflicts pleasure and you can struggle out without it progressing if you make sure to go in with some willpower to spare and have figured out the struggle minigame. The instant escape from transforming provides an additional layer of security that can be used every so often, which was what I mostly used it for since I'm not totally certain what other benefits it provides. Really, i was only getting into actually dangerous grabs when my pleasure was eating up a decent amount of my willpower bar, and most sources of that outside of grabs (bullets mostly) are dodge or reflectable for the most part, with the consumables able to take the edge off what does get through.I'm overwhelmed by the amount of response to the mod. Difficulty - I think it has become apparent from the responses that the mod is very difficult! However, I think the discussion of whether a game is too "hard" or too "easy" is misleading: is Mario Bros, Dark Souls, Mirrors Edge or super meat boy too "easy/difficult"? Although the games mentioned have different "difficulty", they are all good games with special approaches to "difficulty". Therefore, in my eyes, there is no point in discussing "too hard". Rather, these games manage to be "accessible" to some extent, which I find the much more exciting design approach.
In terms of accessibility, I see valid arguments among your feedback. I will try to incorporate these points into the next updates, as I still see room to maneuver without watering down the concept too much. Unfortunately, there are two limiting factors in the development, for which I would like to ask for understanding. Firstly, I am technically limited in the changes, which can be seen in the example of World 1-2. As has already been pointed out, the tutorial on how to defeat the jellyfish can be found here (in the abyss). This hint therefore comes 1.5 levels too late. Unfortunately, it is technically impossible to bring this tutorial forward to level 1. So I am technically very limited in some aspects. Secondly, the alpha testers and I have become experienced through frequent test play. I for one can play through the mod without seeing a single orgasm. This ensures that I can hardly estimate where difficulties lie with beginners. So I'm a bit in the dark as far as changes are concerned and depend on your feedback.

One big question: what does [Handicap] mean in the equipment description? That's supposed to be bad right? So is Damage Against Bosses +10% considered a handicap? Just confused over here.
As I see it there are 3 types of (real time) hentai games that incorperate sex scenes into its gameplay: 1) No interaction possible 2) qte to escape 3) skipable scenes. 1) Misses the point why we play games that is to interact to create immersion. 3) Is basically a non hentai game since sex scenes are obsolete. 2) Is imo the only option to take the video game media serious and deliver on the porn promise.I appreciate the harder difficulty, but in its current state the game feels like a massive waste of time. Would like an option to speed through the animation (pleasure bar fillup) once it is no longer possible to struggle out of restraints. That is the biggest source of frustration with the game so far. Loss of control is never fun, and as you accumulate more and more status conditions you just spend more and more time staring at unskippable animations.
I understand that the game might be required to play through some of them in order to advance the % gains on some status effects or other timers, but man I really wish there was some feasible solution.

Me too! I did not ran into it at all and played the boss like 100 timesI am really surprised that this made it past playtesting since I've ran into this bug 100% of my encounters with the 1-2 boss.
