Mei-Lien (Guan Yu)

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

"Hm. You're more straightforward than most. The machine is done with its reading, you can take it off now. It seems that you've not been affected much by playing in the EGG, less than anyone I've done readings for, though there is a little spike in sexuality and a slight dip in inhibitions. Everything checks out, and you can eat lunch or go straight back to testing if you'd like."

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

"Always have been, it's in my personality. Glad the results were satisfactory, and thanks. Mei showed her polite side of to the nurse as well before leaving. She would go and pick up a coffee and a sandwich to eat before going back to the testing area.

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

After her simple meal, Mei-Lien returns to the room with her EGG and gets in, being presented with the following options.

New Game
Continue Game
Quick Battle
Settings

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

Once her basic hunger had been satisfied, Mei was once again sitting at the test machine. Faced with the options, she didn't think too long and went to the Continue button almost immidiately. The quick battle didn't really interest her anymore, as the proper game had enough of those for her to plow through, along with the human interraction.

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

Mei-Lien felt the same weightless feeling she had felt when she had first been introduced to the egg, though the world that slowly formed around her was mostly darkness, which seemed slightly confusing until she realized that when she had exited the game she had been asleep. Slowly her eyes fluttered open as she woke up, the room coming into focus, along with Hannah's softly snoring form next to her. Daylight hadn't yet begun to break through the curtains.

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

"Hmmm, still night-time huh? Better let the rich girl sleep..." Mei thought as the world once again cleared for her. She wasn't feeling terribly sleepy anymore, but there wasn't too much for her to do at the moment. Doing another creeping escape from the bed, the fighter went to look out into the city below them, completely uncaring about her unclothed status. She took some time to wonder at the city, and eventually moved away from the window to work up a morning sweat with her usual exercise patterns.

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

At this early hour there were few people in the dark streets, and most of those who were seemed to be either patrolling city guards, or travelers who were just getting into town or leaving. As Mei-Lien started to work out, Hannah began to stir from her sleep, rubbing her eyes and stretching as the sun slowly began to peek above the horizon. She got up slowly and stretched some more, waking up her joints as well as her mind, and then joined Mei-Lien in her exercising. "I can't remember the last time I woke up with the sunrise" she said, making a conscious effort to keep herself focused on the fighter's face, though it looked like she was getting a little more comfortable with Mei-Lien's nudity.

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

"It's good for you to do something like this at times, getting too lenghty amounts of sleep can actually be unhealthy for you. One of my former training companions figured it out the hard way. Mei replied to Hannah's revelation, remembering back to her days at the formal schools of combat. Deciding to say no more on the matter, the fighter pushed forward through the training in an increased tempo to really get her flow going.

Once the workout was complete, Mei's fit, shapely frame glistened with sweat that had accumulated to her form during the regime. She took long final stretch, cracking her joints a bit before briefly addressing Hannah as she fitted on the newly-acquired silk undergarments to cover her modesty. "You're beginning to build up some self-control, your eyes don't wander into my exposed form as much as before. That's good.

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

"I can't gawk forever" Hannah said, giving another stretch as she rubbed the sweat off her body, clearly not used to working up such a sweat. "I don't know, for some reason I feel better since I've been doing more, it's kind of nice. I just wish I didn't sweat quite so much." When Mei-Lien was ready Hannah would lead her downstairs to the front desk, asking the woman who owned the inn for a dress to wear to a clothing store. The woman gave her a tremendously large red dress which would barely sit on her shoulders, but that would have to be good enough; it seemed to be the smallest thing she owned. Hannah thanked her and slipped it on, leading Mei-Lien to the nearest clothing shop. They got the same treatment they had gotten when they had come in last night, with numerous cat-calls and lewd suggestions. Still, it wasn't far, and Hannah searched around for a dress, telling Mei-Lien to pick out whatever sort of clothing she wanted. When they went up to pay, Mei-Lien could see that the mage had picked out a fairly simple black dress, not much different from the one she had originally had. When they had finished with that, Hannah would find a relatively private spot and strip off the innkeeper's huge dress, slipping on her own and slipping a few coins into the old dress pocket before taking it back to the inn. "Do we need anything else before we go out again?"

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

Mei too rubbed away the sweat, but it still left a sheen to her skin. She followed Hannah downstairs and saw the mage get a truly gargantuan piece of clothing in her hands. "It'll do the job, we'll not be going on a tour after all, just a quick trip to the store." the fighter said as Hannah equipped her replacement dress. Once the mage was ready, she would follow her into the clothing store nearby, covered only by the undergarments that were a twisted sort of gift from the spiders. Her shapely form drew gazes from all around her, especially when it was pretty nicely on display, the web undies only bringing fore the glistening of her skin further.

They quickly made way into the store, and Hannah was immidiately going through the clothes as they got in. Mei herself was immidiately drawn to the more exotic dresses, picking a green slit dress that resembled a Chinese one. It was much more form-fitting than her previous one and didn't have sleeves at all. Instead of pants, the redhead picked up a pair of thigh-high socks to go with the dress, even as the dress had a slit only on one side. She still had her shoes, gauntlets and beret to go with the dress, after all.

Once the paying was done, Mei put on her dress when Hannah changed, feeling quite confident about her new clothes. Once the mage had returned the huge dress, she got presented with another question. "Well, I can't think of anything specific. Maybe we should just move forward, or do you have something in mind?"

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

"I can't think of anything off the top of my head, no. There's another ruin not that far from the barracks, I'm not sure what they used to be. Maybe we can find some interesting things there" Hannah replied, walking towards the gates. "That's a very pretty outfit, by the way. It suits you well."

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

"It's style of dress back at my homeland. I've grown atached to these designs, and wear them for the mobility they have along with the pretty designs." Mei replied, stopping briefly before continuing. "But enough about my dress sense, let's head out to the place you mentioned."

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

The two quickly make their way through the gates and head into the forest on the way to their next location. It was deeper into the forest than they had been yet, and the trees became closer together, the wildlife more numerous as they moved along their way. Finally, when they were in the heart of the forest, they came across a large stone structure, perhaps a bit crumbled, but looking mostly intact from here. "I wonder who would build something out here, and what this is."

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

After a longer foray into the depths of the forest than they had previously done, the pair reach a lightly damaged stone building among the trees. A few small animals moved about near them as Mei took in the outer looks of the building, thinking it to be a safer and more sturdy one than the small keep they visited during their first ruin hop. "Well, one day to find out, I say. We'll go inside to see what it's about, I'll take the front as usual."

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

Hannah followed Mei-Lien into the structure, and into a very wide hallway. They walked in for several yards before they came to a point where the hallway branched off to the left, with the main hallway continuing on forward.

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

The pair entered the building, whatever it was meant to be once upon a time, and found themselves at a sizey entrance hall. Some distance inwards, there came the first fork in the road. Since these places usually had the main happenings at the forward paths, Mei opted for the left sidepath as the first place to go into.

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

The two veered off to the left, and very soon came to another decision point. There was a door to either side, and the path continued on forward for a fairly short ways. "There's something strange about these doors. They're magical somehow, but I can't place what the magic is supposed to do."

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

Eventually doors were in sight, and Hannah mentioned some magic being at work with them. "Hmm, suppose we'll find out what it is when we enter them..." the fighter though, picking up the right door as her choise. The usual right first choice she tended to do

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

Mei-Lien moves to open the door, but it opens on its own, seeming to react to her will to open it. As they walk into the room they find that it only has a roof over half of it, though this seems more like a design choice than any sort of damage to the building. Lounging about under the roof were two large wolves, who slowly got up and snarled at the two girls.

Wolf 1
6/6 HP

Wolf 2
4/4 HP

Mei-Lien
5/5 FP

Hannah
4/4 FP
2/2 MP

Re: Mei-Lien (KakkaHousu)

"Ho, that's a convenient design. Give me these kinds of doors at home anytime..." Mei thought as she entered the rather scenic room behind the will-powered doors. It did not take her long to see the wolves there, and the beasts soon made their displeasure about the girls known as they growled to them. "Hmph, mutts.. fine, bring it on, you mangy mongrels..." the fighter said in her half-voice, taking a position in front of Hannah to defend her from the inevitable attack. Like usual, she'd wait for the wolves to close and then counter-attack them
