Regina continued to eat her food heartily for some time, then swallowed her last bite to speak clearly, and politely, "Don't the facehuggers remind you of these monsters? I mean, they impregnate you, don't they? Albeit in a different manner."

"Yep, sure do. Kinda creeps me out, when I stop to think about it..." She says, rapidly finishing off her breakfast. "Aah, much better."

Lin put her hands down on River's shoulder hoping to surprise her.

"Hiya River, how was your day?" Lin asked cheerfully.

"Just about started, you?" River responds with a smile, offering Lin the seat next to her. "You remember Regina, right?" She asks, tilting her head towards their friend from the day before.

Lin noded to Regina, and took the seat River offered her.
She then turned around and waved Daisy over.

"Not too much actually, though I am heading back to the Inn today. You?"

"Oh, mind if I tag along? I... um... I have someone I have to be with I guess."

"Feel free, that actually solves one of my dilemmas. Regina here was asking if I needed an escort back, but I planned on Running back. If you're coming along, then we should use the streets." She explains, before turning to Regina. "And since that's the case, I'd love for you to tag along."

Regina nodded with a smile, "Heh! I was planning on tagging along with ya, whether ya wanted me or not!" she said with a laugh.

"I figured you were, it was just a matter of whether or not you could keep up." River says with a smile. "So, when do we leave?"

Regina shrugged, "I'm ready whenever you are!" she said with a smile.

"I'm ready now, how about you Lin. And Daisy, are you coming too?"

Daisy laughed, "Ha, ha! I have to go! I'm gonna be the one that saves you when you run into trouble!" she claimed.

"I haven't run into much that I've needed saving from, but alright."

River waits for anyone that has to to finish eating, then stands and stretches.

"Alright then, let's get going." She says simply, letting herself be led out, as she hadn't memorized the place yet.

Regina and Daisy led River and Lin back to the exit, where they all asked for their gear, and then reequipped it.

Even after checking, none of their gear was missing, and both River's and Lin's guns seemed in even better condition than before!

(All handguns have been temporarily enhanced by the women at the prison)

As Regina grabbed her Automatic Rifle, she held it with both hands, ready for combat as she asked River, "Is there anything else you needed before we leave?" she asked.

River shakes her head slowly, examining her handgun. It seemed different somehow, but she really had no way to know how, and even if it was a different gun, it was the same model, so she really couldn't complain. She replaced it, the clips, and her knife to their proper places, and looked around, bringing up her map of the city in her head.

"I think that's everything, let's go. if we head straight down the main road we'll have a clear sightline for the most part, sound like a plan?"

Regina nods slowly, "Look... I'm gonna escort ya back to the hotel, but I'm not gonna go in with ya. If they really wanted to kill us..." she trails off, unable to finish that thought.

"Azure was exaggerating a bit. They only said to kill you if you proved hostile, it's just that they seemed so certain that you would be." She explained. "I'm sure that if you come in with me you'll be fine. The entire point they wanted us to come was to negotiate a sharing of resources. I think we could manage to simply move everyone over to the prison, it really is the better location."
