My dude, you can't come in here and post a new topic, provide no information at all other than the patreon, beg people to support the game, and then question where the negativity comes from when curious eyes see a naruto porn game to discover that its bbw with hyper tits and ass and literally has no gameplay at all. You do you, my man, if you like demon royal's work then thats totally fine for you to like it and dont let anyone stop you otherwise, but at the same time i feel like anyone into more outlandish fetishes should learn to expect a negative response from the general public. Honestly bias aside, I would say this project isn't really worth supporting at this point. The dude hasn't really gotten far in development and has actually backtracked since he wanted to redo the game from scratch. Experience tells me this will be stuck in development hell since demon royal has no experience in game development and is trying to do too many complex mechanics for his first time. It could succeed but from what I see I wouldn't bet my money on it, considering the project has been around since 2016 and this is where its at.

While I agree with most people at how badly this patreon is being ran and how DemonRoyal doesn't seem like someone who is handling this project correctly or maturely based on his comments on his patreon, I don't see the point of down voting the op. It's pretty clear that they aren't DemonRoyal, and just wanted to bring a Naruto battle fuck game to light in the community.

The whole saying 'if you don't like this, just move to a different thread' in order to keep opposing opinions out of a thread shit is a fucking cancerous way of thinking tantamount to "Don't say negative things about the product I'm trying to sell" in which case how would we, the consumers get an accurate idea of the product? This forum isn't for selling games, it's for users to share and discuss them. And while there are some notable exceptions, devs that we show respect to for coming and interacting with us, this forum's focus has and always will be on the consumer.

Your go-to defense shouldn't be "If x isn't for you." It's a porn parody of a well-known and popular franchise. Your defense doesn't qualify. The models are bad and the dev not being receptive to criticism on that part is only going to fail because people will immediately drop his project and he'll end up abandoning it. You want more games like this? Either learn to sell it better or work to improve it through giving the dev feedback or supporting something with actual quality behind it. On ulmf, anything and everything is fair game for criticism. Saying "You don't like x, don't open x" isn't an argument.

Your only valid point. $1,300 per character is utterly insane. Hell, a dev I used to support made that a $50 threshold iirc. It was reasonable and within expectations for what an amateur dev should expect. $1,300 shows a worrying amount of self-deception in his own ability and popularity.

I won't go too much into the dev personally, but the character models I've seen aren't that appealing. I don't mind THICC so long as it's aesthetic (see: Rule of Succubus), but this isn't THICC. This isn't even aesthetic chubby or fat. It's like the developer got their start in paint with making a bunch of circles and ovals, and then looked up some character models to his favorite anime and went from there. It's cheap, amateurish, and wholly not worth $1,300 given that, as someone else already pointed out, it's already been in development for 2 years with next to no progress.

Also, paywalling your content isn't smart. From a business or marketing perspective, keeping your consumers out of the loop is the antithesis to success. When you have to hide things like development progress or rankings on a given platform, it shows people you're in trouble. I can't say whether it's true or not, but if rumors of the developer's attitude towards people supporting him is as has been claimed, then he's going to find his funding dried up very soon.

I get that some people might want more THICC characters in their content, but please don't sacrifice your self-respect or expectations for something like this. It's a low-quality game that has barely left the ground and if the developer is as bad as some have said, then the ship has already begun to sink.

Anyway, tested the game... There's really nothing much to do here except clearing off piles of stacked paper and fighting Old Shikamaru... Combat sorta reminds me of certain Newgrounds flashgames which you need to be good at timing your blows on the Trigger Meter(FF8, anyone~?). And I do agree, animations are pretty smooth~

I say let's give it another, uh... 1-3 years of development? Dev might do something to polish it considering it's still on alpha~

Contrary to popular belief, not all publicity is good publicity. If anything, what you've done is unwittingly raise flags about this individual especially considering there has been some people that tried give it a shot and did not like what they see. Further more, this seems to be a rather niche audience range which won't work well for someone looking to get more patronage.

On a more general note, has DemonRoyale made any other games or patreon attempts? From what I can read, he seems to be infamous here before this game is made, but I somewhat need to do confirmations.

Neat. For one, you're not a staff member, so either report it and wait for them to act, or don't. For two, whether you "found" something to be negative or positive is hardly relevant. You didn't answer my post because you don't have a rebuttal which would open the floor for respectful discourse. All of it was facts. I've been active on this site longer than you, have butted heads with devs, talked to devs, etc. You posted one dev. Congrats, champ. You got over that starting line for once in your life. Now, here's some hard facts.

The only attention you've brought to this game is its existence and the person involved. People who have dug further have reported the dev is a terrible person socially and has no respect for his supporters, among other things. He's also shown a loose grasp on reality, which is problematic for the dev cycle of a project. It shows he's set himself up for failure. Right now, of the people whose attention your brought this to, almost 99% of them have already written it off as a bad game by a bad dev. That seems too hard a reality for you to grasp, but we're not done yet.

2,500 views is hardly remarkable. It's a drop in the bucket compared to other devs who have had more progress on their projects over a longer or shorter period of time. 2,500 views also doesn't mean much aside people have been popping in 2,500 times to see how much more you've embarrassed yourself or to see if the dev has finally done something or killed the project. It's not a net positive. It's a net neutral. Until you have 2,500 posts from 2,500 users saying they support it fully, it's a meaningless point to bring up. It's like saying you've thought of 2,500 ways to raise an irrelevant point.

Finally, your views on how far I went with my points are irrelevant. You didn't debate them.

He's done a ton of art similar to greengiant114 or whatever the dude's handle is. Basically, exaggerated (even for my taste) assets, characters that are generally flat/underage possessing such features because make them adult I guess? Anyways, it's okay stuff, and oddly popular. He's basically the Meet n' Fuck guy of art. In terms of content, his patreon outlines current/future project. This is his first iirc.
