apparently to get the skull knight scene, you need to go around and "hit" various objects in the game to reveal spirits. you need to destroy ten of them to get the skull. so far i'm stuck at 9/10

3 Mirror Room: Clock
4 Basement: Left Mushroom
5 Cauldron: Left Small Rock
6 Outside: Bat
7 Living Room: Chandelier
8 Kitchen: Ladel
9 Door to outside: Spider
( I am also unable to find the last skull :/ )

It isn't the full bucket, you need about 2/3 - 3/4 of it full.
Too much and it won't work.

I don't think there is except in Theater mode. the creator has to adhear to japanese censorship standards if they want to sell it on DL.
