She hasn't even been released in the English version of the game yet. To my knowledge none of the seasonal girls, in the Japanese version, are unavailable once they are added - they all go into the gacha pool as normal.

BOTH Alpina and BaBa were stars of THE Highly Increased gacha a.k.a. Slice Gacha, where a lot of people obtained them already. So yeah)

Anemone, on the other hand, was a 6* ticket character, and just a few events ago. Granted, people could have started since then and now want her, or maybe they didn't have the funds available at the time to get her and now they do. It's still saddening to see a character get a second chance at a 6* ticket when Black Baccara has yet to have one. I'm sure she'll get one with time (maybe not through votes, but it'll probably come naturally), I'll just remain patient.
Really? I seem to recall the rates on the contest banner to be really poor, but maybe not. In either case, Black Baccara hasn't yet been available as a ticket-able 6*, hence my frustration. I don't want to try for her via chance by using Flower Gems, I'd rather just pay the 5000 Gold and get her outright. My luck isn't good enough to simply draw her from the gatcha.

Yes, no. The Nutaku version of the game is over a year behind the DMM version, and follows the same schedule. So she'll be added around March/April 2017.

Only way for that to happen would be for them to announce the poll in game. Seemed like a lot of people during the vote event on multiple forums were anti Black Baccara.

I wish they would announce these kind of events in-game more, it's not as though they're averse to advertisements pop-up's as soon as you log in. Why not include a mention such as this to get more traffic? Seems like a missed opportunity.

Dang, ?-2 and ?-3 are mildly annoying, ?-3 more so. Did manage to clear ?-2 and everything else except ?-3, but I figured out a strat for myself that almost worked just as I ran out of Stamina. Really annoyed with myself it took me so long to figure it out though.... Had to gimp all teams but one to go super slow while having one fast team with a fast ally team.

Map 3 has 1 bit of RNG and I have managed to fail it 4 times
Also tempted to roll for this gacha but I know I will get a load of rubbish if I do.
EDIT: Next run I beat the RNG. Decided to do a roll and got a gold... dupe Orchid.
EDIT2: Had to use my gems on a multi. 2 new golds Anthurium and Lily Rubellum. Not the boosted units but happy with 2 new golds

Is true that the game isn't censored like other nutaku games. I saw a picture of a purple mage that had her boobs increased but then they reverted it back.

Yes, there's no censored content ingame, the purple mage you're talking about was edited then reverted before release.
Its a blessing and a curse as you get to see which artists put effort into whats going to be blurred on the dmm version, some look great without the censor some look bad.

alot of units imo bits looks like a kid drew it or was pasted on and look terrible nutaku would benefit from a really good bits drawer
