Another break isn't that bad for me, I still need to farm a lot more things, but in the big picture it isn't a favorable situation.

Could they release the new story maps before awakening?
At least we would have some new challenge.
The desert maps would be nice since I heard from way back there's a specific one that is good for grinding than what we have now.

Otherwise, I'm the same as you where it isn't really so bad for me either and it would give me some time to continue farming affection items as well as demon crystals, and level up a few units.

Essentially you can get a bronze unit that always gives as much XP during fusion, as much a bronze unit normally would for fusing it with a unit of the same class.

I remember something like that yeah, thanks for the reminder, but I can't recall the map's name. I mean, I can always look at up, but unless we have the desert section there's not much point.

Fiery Oasis, the third desert map.

Actually quite easy in the grand scheme of things. The first half of the desert is considerably easier than the second half.

There are four bronze units that have a "skill." Desert missions introduce bronze Soldier Hashim who has this skill. And as Overgoat said, this skill gives you the bonus experience for combining into a unit of the same class regardless of the receiving unit's class.

Well. It may be good for individuals persuing subjective goals, but sure is going to hurt the game in the bigger picture.

I guess Nutaku is going to be the real loser here if it keeps up as people who still want to play & pay will go DMM and just leech of Nutaku for historic events. They'll lose out on the cash and still have to put up the bandwidth (as long as it lasts that is, even doormats get tired eventually).

Maybe we should rename the cycle to "why do the devs abuse Nutaku so" instead of it being about Aigis.

Poor Nutaku, they look like fools with those Twitters now "something exciting coming" /chuckle indeed, the exicting is some drama, while waiting for the next content delivery (twitter from 9rd of Feb)

Even better is this one, "we'll celebrate it with something special" uuuhmmm no, dont think breaks are rare enough to count as special here, you are thinking of the DMM version there, breaks are special there :D

Edit : poor nutaku :p they should put up a disclaimer saying "we dont know what the devs will do" and "please hold" :p

Neat, well that saves some time searching, thanks. I took a quick peek at it and it seems pretty easy, yeah (though that map template still gives me nightmares from Horace's G map....); also took a peek at the desert map's "Immortal Beast", which doesn't look too bad compared to IB, but still looks pretty scary.

Thanks for further elaborating on the unit, he seems pretty great, it'll be nice whenever we finally get those maps.

The map is not great
But VERY GREAT
If You use the 30 Cha map , it will give You Your first AW on Lv 110 Prince
Might be even earlier if you focus on 1 unit
A map with 4 Bronze and 2 Iron
It will make any current map on Eng side looks like a joke.....
Specially that Hashim , he is a BOSS~

We're in the same boat as you guys when it comes to Aigis.

On a happier note, devs have said March 8th for Awakening. That was our big surprise. Surprise!

Finally getting awakening is definitely something good, and there is plenty of time for people to prepare for it.

Oh dear that means assuming no breaks were looking at potentially 2 more post awakening events without it. What the hell is wrong with the Aigis developers. Sincerely hope tomorrow isn't a break now that the teaser and date is out of the bag.

Another break and almost another month until Awakening isn't good news. It's not even an anniversary celebration at this point.

Fucking hell. We still don't have our missing units or trading post update.

It will be interesting to see how Awakening rolls out. I wonder if they are going to include some stuff that came much later in DMM's timeline.

I was looking a bit on traffic analyzers (inaccurate though they are) on the web, seems like Nutaku is booming in terms of traffic.

I do hope that it also means a booming business as bringing games to the english speaking market is something worth supporting, in general at least.

Also that you ladies and gents will get sufficient success that neither you nor we will have to take this from the aigis devs or others like them in the future.

Though that last part may be wishful thinking ... there is always someone out there with a name or brand strong enough to do things ... less nice.

Definitely thanks to Nordland for confirming the awakening date, any confirmation is appreciated at this point. I hope you can get the feedback to the Aigis developers somehow. This honestly wasn't the news I was expecting and honestly I'm pretty disappointed. I was expecting the week of the 16th to be the "anniversary" event. Had we gotten something above and beyond normal expectations I wouldn't be complaining. It would have been an improvement.

Now we're told our anniversary event is a month late by comparison to original launch date and we're getting a very likely break on what would be our real anniversary.

We get no TP rotation, no units we're supposed to have access to, we don't get any bonus events like Valentine's or 1.5x drops, no revivals, we get break upon break, who knows if we'll even get Annas event if our anniversary event is going to be getting awakening, the complaints are endless.

So I apologize if I'm not as pleased by this news as I should be. I can see the Aigis developers put those week breaks to good use preparing the code for English Aigis.

That's fucking awesome, we're getting Awakening what? 6 months~ after it was originally released on DMM Aigis? Not to mention on top of having to deal with updated mechanics which are currently active on DMM while we're lacking in about 50% of the game's content and units... oh and as razisgosu said, no TP update, no event, no specials, no 1.5x drops, nothing, its yet another week (or longer) break where we get to twiddle our thumbs and either grind more of the basic story/challenge maps or do nothing and sit on the stm/chr. Great Anniversary. I'd have taken the Android App over another week of nothing.

EDIT: And I hope that "March 8th" for Awakening holds true, otherwise shit will hit the fan yet again.

You aren't the only one less than pleased, razisgosu.

Nordland, is there any particular reason why the Aigis devs aren't communicating with the Nutaku team? Clearly that can't be good for business -- neither for Nutaku nor DMM. Especially when it seems like a number of customers are fed up with the treatment the game has received, especially compared to every other game hosted by Nutaku.

* Few events the first few months of the game
* Units that have been green-lit that still haven't arrived in the game
* Breaks after every event since the beginning of the year
* Skipping around events, particularly Yurina and Chloe -- both of whom are fairly important units in the grand scheme of things
* No anniversary event
* No Valentine's Chocolates like DMM has gotten both of the last two years
* The desert maps have yet to be added
* Receiving post-Awakening events without Awakening being implemented
* Changing mechanics/unit behavior in maps to make them harder than the DMM version (last event was paralysis targeting, this event was fish rapid-firing their bubbles)

From what I can tell, most of us want the same treatment the Japanese players get: regular events with occasional breaks that bring things like 1.5* story/daily drop rates, the units we're missing, and to see the events in order like the were handed out by DMM.

In the last year we've received a half a year's worth of content, or less. Someone mathed it out a few weeks ago that, based the current pace, we would catch up to where the DMM version currently is by sometime in 2019.
