1400 gotten (probably a little more)

Saw no point in going to 1500. That 1 skill level is not really going to help me in anyway. Probably throw one of my rainbows just to say it is perfect, but really with the rate we are going Skill AW is a ways off so no point really.

Wouldn't taking a skill from 9 to 10 with a rainbow only give you 25% chance? You might end up throwing a lot more than 1 rainbow to perfect it. That's why I'm thinking about going to 1500.

I'm a bit afraid that I started to use SCs a bit too late ;\ Now there's a risk that I'll have to use some on charisma too... that's very very bad.

You would have to do that anyway. I still need several hundred fangs and I've been refilling stamina from day one.

Exactly. If it only eats one fairy, that is just pure luck there.

If I did it earlier I wouldn't need to use SCs for charisma, because its regen is faster. And also had two or three lvl ups in the meantime ;)

Edit: Should be able to get 700 fangs... not sure if I should try to get 800 or not.

Yeah, I know. What I'm telling you, is that would still be not enough to get to 1400 or 1500. Natural charisma regen is still too slow to get everything, unless you're ridiculously lucky.

Wohoh. That amount never crossed my mind :p I'm wondering if I should try to got for 800 because 700 I should be able to get easily now :p

- Added the Story Mission "Desert"
- Added the Daily Mission "Awakening Gem"
- Added "Spirit of Awakening" to Demon Crystal trade units
- Added Awakening System

This is a nice suprise, I wasn't expecting desert missions too. Though they are overdue too.

I hope they added all desert arc silvers like Furi intact.
With orb grinding, I'll probably have no charisma to spend on story maps for quite a while, but yeah, its great addition. If they included 2nd oasis and further, it would be very good challenge to play around when future breaks come.

Looks like the orbs were an oversight on the banner.

Neat, finally the desert missions and the fabled Bronze exp fodder.

So why were people spreading fear about orb missions being excluded from the whole Awakening system again?

That's like introducing the trading post without the Magic Crystal daily.

Fear? I just brought up that it wasn't in the banner is all. Personally, I didn't really care if they did or didn't put in the orbs, just that it would be less of a hassle to AW an unit if they left out the orbs.

So, I'm not sure if you're referring to another forum or something, but all I can find is that Karsuman pointed out that it was unlikely they wouldn't implement the orbs and that nissebrygger explained that it'd be foreboding if they were left out and presenting a hypothetical scenario on what may happen.

Desert story missions, huh? About time.

So, anyone want to fill us in on what to expect? How many missions total, what completion silvers, how much of a difficulty spike, etc.

IIRC, the third mission is the one we want to grind for Hashim? Something Oasis.

Oasis is something newbies should aim for, since its relatively easy and much better than dragon hunt. For nutaku people, "Base Struggle: After" (6 drops: 4 bronzes, 2 irons, all level 20) would be best grinding spot till we get Japan arc.

I highly doubt we will get second pack of desert missions at once, so thats 6 missions which are much easier than god-tier maps we are getting in events now. Maps are light versions of Hores' desert god map, lots of mummies, lizards and sand worms.

Most interesting question about these missions is what they will do with completion bonus silvers. There are Nenya, Kagerou, Furi (very popular silver VH) and Pashis (canoneer, not implemented on nutaku class).

The new daily missions only drop AWing orbs. No reason to think they aren't adding them. Mostly likely they'll be called gems instead of orbs.

Desert maps emphasize ranged DPS because of the sand storm effect, units are placed missing 20~70% hp. Making rotating tanks very difficult. Feng Shui users will shine because they should reduce the hp hit.

There's also the male Rogue and last Soldier we haven't gotten yet. Of the bunch Nenya is the only petite character. Hopefully they didn't have any issues clearing the others.

It's not Canoneer. But Gunner Class~
"Gunner" in modern language usually means operator of machine-gun, while 砲 in class name is used in meaning "cannon". So its either Artilleryman (which is kinda mismatched epoch-wise, if we disregard the fact that some Cannoneers use missiles) or Cannoneer.
