You'll need 24 SC on average (6 min, 171 max) on the 7/60 map (no silvers), 33 SC on average (8 min, 66 max) on the 5/50 map (Phyllis + Giovanni) and 42 SC on average (33 min, infinite max) on the 5/50 map (Mischa + Plat Armor). All assuming you have 17 max Stamina and 422 Max Charisma and ignoring the necessary Stamina/Charisma to 3star everything once

Researching the drop chances of the drops on every noteable map leads to the minimum amount of drops you get on that map (only 100% drops), the maximum amout of drops (all drops) and the average resulting from adding up the products of chance and value.
Edit (wow, at first I described a completely different way to do it xD Which would work as well but is more calculations to do^^): You simply divide the targeted amount of items by the minimum, maximum or average yield from the map and multiply the result with the cost of the map to get the total amount of stamina or charisma you'd need. Subtracting the amount of stamina/ charisma you get from natural regeneration (calculated amount of hours till the end of the event [-4 because you won't get the last stamina point and three hours maintenance] multiplied with 20 for charisma and 1 for stamina) gives you the amount of stamina/ charisma you need from SC, so dividing by the maximum amount of stamina/ charisma you can have you'll get the amount of SC needed for charimsa/stamina.

I hope that answers your question^^ Didn't really know how to describe how I got the average without describing the whole process^^

Dupes, dupes everywhere. The only new units I got were Victoria and... Uzume. Hmm.

The rest were a second Marius (ew), yet another fucking Cypria, about four Barbastroffs (ew), Conrad (of course), another Fedora, a second Yuyu, Gina, Stella, and Monica, and the rest silvers. Couldn't even manage another Bernice, tch.

I accidently misclicked today and bought the third barracks, I could barely fill my first and second barracks and now I gotta find a way to fill this.

Maybe I should remove my fairys and tincans from presents box thats a third full.

That's actually a pretty dumb question. It's been a while since i did some math. So basically the average is summed with the actual drop percentage right?
(I dunno how to word it better, just ignore this if those sentences doesn't make any sense)

Basically, yes.
Let's assume you have a 60 % chance to get one drop of 3 items. Within 100 runs on average you'll get the items 60 times and 40 times not. Therefore you can calculate the arithmetic mean by adding up the amout of items you got (60 x 3 + 40 x 0 = 180) and divide it by the amount of runs (100) resulting in 1.8 items per run on average. Or you can simply multiply chance and outcome (0.6 x 3) to get the same result. Do the same thing for every possible drop an a given map, sum them up and you get the total average yield.

Spend 180SC to pursuit da black loli, get ton of silver/gold (no Monica, the last drop up i need), only 2 pla (one is Bashira). And the last month is like that too 150SC only 2 pla, so i guess Aigis-sama hate me.

But now i get my loli so it still ok, say goodbye to da greedy Aigis, no more food for you, never

If you want Silver Soldiers, you'd be much better off farming the 20/1 map, the drop rate's pretty much 10% on all maps so that one is the most efficient.

Running this map... not a single drop over more than 30 runs.
Ogres at least drop fairies also.
