(Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

I'm done fuss over an event that never existed.

Bay the way the names for those events are

Anna and the beauty of snow (or something like that)
the New Year's holiday lottery event Gold Rush!

The third one is.
Dark Knights and the Gift of Christmas Eve (or maybe 'and Christmas Eve's Gift)

Notice one mentioned Christmas specifically because it is a christmas event. If you are trying to make a point of the start dates. That is irrelevant because DMM runs events year round. Just because something say starts around Valentines day does not make it an event for that. Unless specifically stated as such like they normally do.

Winter =/= Christmas.

Also snow isn't tied to winter. There is always snow in the world somewhere.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

As for Anna = Anniversary... that is a no. She can come out at any given time and it would be relevant. She isn't tied to anything, but the game itself. It does not matter when she comes so long as she does.
Event starts with Anna saying "its been exactly year since this war started and we had to run away from castle" and goes to pray for those who fell that day, but suuuure its "not tied to anything", right.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Gotta catch'em all

Like digimon or STDs.

How about... No. Hell no!
I see a lot of people asking why isn't Yurina here yet, and here i am wonderind if i'll ever see Noel and Chloe (The reason i start playing this game actually). BTW every week i wonder if we'll ever gonna have a TP rotation, in a few weeks it will be a year since the last one (i regret not getting Chydis back then). With the addition of the AW faerie is clear that they can put things in it so is not a forgotten option. Even without the Loli like characters there are still a bunch that they could have put atleast 2 or 3 times.

Well they can always change the translation to something like "It has been over a year since this shitty incomplete version started and we have to start traveling through the breaks"

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Maybe they only want to rotate once a year! Gives us plenty of time to min cost the units in the rotation, right? Way overdue I completely agree. I'd love to buy Chydis. It makes me sad that my DMM account has better healing options than my English account.

Ash Ketchum is still 10 years old despite having two anniversaries with pikachu... mulitple chirstmas' in different places of the world, and has somehow travel and competed in 6 regions of the world in that year.

Time does not go by in a fictional world the same way it does for our world. Not how it works. They could give us Anna's event 5 years from now and a year could have only passed within the MWA world.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

That's also one of the biggest complaints about Pokemon. The show claimed a year passed, fact. That means he had to have aged with it. Then they forgot about it in Black and White and called him 10 anyways. Fictional realms DO age if the fiction specifically says it does. Your Pokemon example goes against this. It specified a time frame, therefore time does pass. The same is true of Anna's event. It specifies 1 year. You can't claim time doesn't exist there because factually it does. Anna's event DID happen 1 year after Aigis started AND the event specifically said 1 year passed in Aigis time. That puts your time correlation in the wrong.

On another topic, I finally got the 3 star on Tuesday's awakening daily. Just had to make some minor cost adjustments and was good to go. I also decided I'm going to at least max CC Shao. She'd be my third archer, but she is a huge improvement over Soma and at the same cost as my current Soma. Win win all around.

Maybe there's other way to think this through. Maybe the reason why they fine with Aisha yet no with other is because they hate the other? This is me walking around being stupilosophic in a heated thread

Yes 1 year passed in the MWA world. Their time and our time does not have to be the same. In fact because we got breaks that did not exist originally it won't be. The breaks would be the equivalent of time freezing... or in anime terms filler, non-canon, etc. No time passed in the actual story. Bleach is an example of that. The filler was awful, but it existed.

Either way point being when Anna's event happens that means a year passed in their world specifically. That would be any amount of time in ours. Even if that point in time was 20 years from now.

Wait a second and hold your horses, Naruto's filler is way worse in throwing the timeframe out of the window. Also the fact that we can get the events if we just "wait till they give it to us" it doesn't mean that we have to suck it up and deal with it. They created a good system on the original version, is not understandable why would create this incomplete version. With or without certain units, of course the game have to had an slow pace at the beginning since the content had to be translated but if you take a look a the other games that Nutaku is hosting they deliver content every week, so tell with what kind of team is working the JavDev? You gonna tell me that this successful team couldn't spare the resources to develop this version?

Don't be cynical the complains and claiming of the people here and in other forums its valid, the game freeze it self 2 weeks a month at this pace its a miracle that we've gotten to AW.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Are You sure it is a "Team" ?
Maybe it is only 1-2 people doing the Aigis Nutaku , lol
.............................................

We will always behind DMM and cannot catch up
I agree on this and can accept it

But freezing and widening gap moar and moar?
WoW just WoW

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

We could eventually catch up if needed, it just requires us to have constant 2 events at once not including revivals, with the current dev team this is just impossible though.

I'd rather an attempt (occasional 2nd event running) to catch up than plodding along at a steady pace not get getting any closer to the dmm version till its 6 feet under.

We were done complaining for the longest time. Yes Nutaku sucks. Yes there is no excuse. Yes our complaining hasn't done anything to force the devs to treat us better. But again, these problems have existed since the start of the game over one year ago. If you haven't learned to accept it, than I don't know what to say. I personally am okay playing this "inferior" version.

This whole thing got refueled because Dave wanted Ryuryu and/or Eliza specifically during winter and Anna specifically on our anniversary date. And while our version is slow, at least we are getting all of the main events. I don't see any reason to break our general following of the DMM schedule just to get seasonal stuff at a more thematically fitting time in our calendar.

Waiting for someone to point out the very few events we are missing.

Now I'd quit if this happened.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

dont think there's a need to catch up. not falling behind is already good enough. 2 events running concurrently would just be stupid IMO, you'd see the return of break-whiners.

edit: by 2 events running concurrently I don't mean subjugation/revivals.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Yup, me too. Adapting the no-break pacing would be fine, but catching up? When we're a year behind? Hell no! Such rush would mean that game essentially turned into pay-to-win because there is no way in hell that you can keep up with such a torrent of events without a significant amount of refills. And then we haven't even mention actually levelling those event units.

And all of that for what? If our game was the same as the Japanese game, just some months behind, then that would be a GOOD thing. That way we could have accurate information on the upcoming changes and can be much more prepared. Like, how many of you would have saved up silvers and DCs if you weren't aware that AW is a thing?

Yeah i'm not don't with my bitching so... blah blah blah *anoying comment* blah blah blah *more bitching around* blah blah blah... (to be continue)

Anyway is imposible to catch up and unnecesary, what we need is to get rid of the breaks, i start playing the DMM version and althougt it took a few weeks i adapt to the no break pace, is better overal since it help you build a routine for farming and you can use every unit you get, i still haven't use Claudia (i spent a good amount of SC to get her) there's just not a map that really call for her. On my part i couldn't care less if we get Ryuryu and Eliza in spring or summer, the issue is not when we'll get them is the breaks we have had to many, just this year we had 7 in that amount of time we could already have gotten Eliza. Forget 2 or 3 events a week, i settle with 1 event each week with 1 break every two months.

Speak for yourself, the lack of TP updates or seasonal event rewards or whatever else was not obvious a year ago. Things haven't improved since we stopped getting constant events, and that was only after the six week bullshit that they still haven't completely made up for. To say people stopped complaining is to be complacent. Only you and a handful of casual F2P'ers actually think that way, since the rest moved to DMM full-time (the people who think we need more breaks are obviously insane and thus their opinions do not count).

Ditch the week long breaks, get us revivals rolling, get us our first subjugation event, get us the missing gacha units/units that should be available via farming or 3 starring maps, get us a TP rotation, that all happens and I'll be happy. Obviously its asking a lot, but its a lot we're long overdue to have.

Personally I don't mind if we don't get the anniversary or holiday/seasonal events at their appropriate anniversary/season, but we absolutely should have access to them at some point.

Edit: anyone know what event 100% first clear drops came about? Curious when we can expect or I should say hope to see that.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

I do like the breaks, as it gives time to improve and store items, yet if new content is out of question instead of breaks we could have some revivals.

Old timers could either farm silvers, improve their teams or farm affection items, and the new blood would have access to unitts they missed.
Win/Win situation right?
