You should be able to do it, although 3* might take you a while.
I did it mostly following the video on wiki but had to change a bit.
The early stages is better to use low cost units instead of the ones with highest damage.
I got it done by Aria (10 UC, CC60) + Cloris (15 UC, CC60) + Daniele (10 UC, CC50).
Note:
use skills if needed to take the dragon down
Then to survive the 1st wolf wave you'll need to quickly bring a aoe damge dealer, a tanker and an healer.
For this I used Chydis (21 UC, lvl40) + Maribel (UC 19, CC48) + Solano (15 UC, lvl35).
Notes:
Chydis is overkill you can use a gold or silver healer if high enough lvl
Solano is the cheapest aoe damage unit and works wonders on all wolf waves even at low lvl
Maribel was used due to cost, any other HA should do fine
With the extra UP i think I added another archer to top lane to ensure the wolfs death, but might not be required.
Then it's time to start setting things up for the finale.
On lower lane I used lvl 54 Anya
Danielle exchanged for Belinda (CC55) (time to bring your Despara, will be even better)
Exchanged Maribel for Deine (lvl 54)
Removed the extra archer and set up odette to the left of belinda
(don't forget solano skill in wolf waves)
When Ada comes exchange Cloris for best healer (my healer was Iris CC60)
And now it's when things get complicated.
What I did was:
Use solano skill 3rd time and kill most wolves that come with 1st gold wolf.
Remove solano and put Karma, let it tank until withdraw. (in my case wolf died)
When lower wolf reaches Anya use skill
When top wolf is near Deine use skill + exchange odette for 3rd healer (mine was Fedora CC60)
Anya could easily tank it but Deine almost died (she actually dies if no skill is used).
For those without Karma it is also possible to delay that 2nd top wolf by using units to take a couple hits. It won't be for long, but if your setup can take down the gold wolfs fast enough then you'll only have to actually deal with each one at a time.
From the image I don't know what other units you'll have at your disposal but I hope that my tactic will help you design your team.
