I'm using Liana and Alyssa in my team.

Alyssa, albeit being the primitive silver char, looks much better than Iris cuz of her low cost (so she can be pulled out very early), whilst Liana (being very costy) makes up for a gap in pure heal output late game.

TBH I find Iris to be one of the most useless gold units in Aigis.

Huh? There's only a difference of 2 UP between mincost Alissa and Iris, and Iris isn't tough to mincost (especially in DMM where she's apparently given out like candy if half of the community uses her).

Comparing any healer to Marr is pretty silly, but as nice as Alissa is, I wouldn't say she has such an advantage over Iris as to consider the latter "useless," especially once Iris is mincost. Mine is at -2, 4/5 (third combine just failed CR, I'll work on a fourth attempt in a bit) and has a pretty permanent spot on my roster.

Frustrating failures are still frustrating if you had extra luck in the past. People come here to celebrate or grumble about their luck all the time. No need to come down on them for it. Just read the post and move on.

I'm really regretting missing Marr, but there's always the chance that she or a similar unit may become available in the future. I -was- able to pick up Yin-Yang Master Mikoto from a Rare summon though. She's an interesting combination of Witch and Mage, with a cost about halfway between the two classes. I'm enjoying using her so far.

What are her AW boosts?

Running with a 20 cost Iris and 18 Cost Dorca, no complaints. Gets the job done.

Of course Alissa is a bit better than Dorca in terms of raw healing, but what can one say, I'll take the Jiggle over the 7 atk power

Am eyeing that Fedora in the Gold Rush, increased Range and gold healer. I may even get revenge over Immortal beast with her on the team.

(I like to do maps without watching videos, did immortal beast and was wondering what people got smacked around by, easy cruise. Then the lich/demon train came in )

And there goes the free Garrett fusing into the main one....the stingy part in me felt like that was a waste even though I still have a boat load of HAs laying around, but at least he now has one less UP and his skill went up by 1. I'm the kind of person that likes to pretty much hoard things in RPGs or whenever I get the most powerful weapon in an FPS I never even use it always saving it for the "perfect time" but it never comes up and I end up finishing the game without firing it once.

Uh... Garret has New Skill upon CC (Become Increase Attack III)
If you fuse him before CC the fodder (Increase Attack II)
That will totally be in vain

Thanks for the reply on Gellius.

Seems his AW skill is actually sorta worse than his pre-AW skill, though....

His AW skill is pretty much better. Again, his cooldown is reduced so the time in-between skill use isn't as much of an issue. His AW-skill allows him to tank thinks that he could never tank with his normal skill including magic enemies.

Although one caveat that was not mentioned is that he stops attacking. Still, way worth it in most cases.

TBH I find Iris to be one of the most useless gold units in Aigis.

Gold units by the shear fact that they get AW means they eventually crush silvers in terms of usefulness. Iris's attack is much, much higher than the silver Healers. If you need a low cost Healer, sure you have the silvers (especially if you wasted extras on CRs). But if you ever need a Healer that has actual power, the silvers are not going to help you.

What are her AW boosts?

Yeah Mar is good. I don't have her on either version, but I like her. Just hold your nose up and realize you've already been blessed.

Mikoto's AW ability I believe is that if any enemy she attacks is down to 8% or less of its maximum health, than the enemy is instantly killed. Also, her demons get powered up. They cost 13 instead of 8, but at AW99 her demons have 980 attack.

I also like Soma. I like Cloris. I like Katie.

I like Hina, Shiho, and Rika.

Big or small, doesn't bother me. I like every single female unit in the game except for Garania, Patra, and Lilia*. Breast size doesn't bother me, but I don't like when others call the big ladies cows.

*Just get a dress that doesn't look like it is made of wrapping paper and gift bows.

Finally!
19 runs on the first map and I got that silver spirit. It does exist!
Total drops: 8 iron, 1 silver, 1 gold (and the completion bonus now)

Nattorei is correct about the awakening ability as well as the upgrade to the token units she allows you to summon. I received the flu for Christmas so I don't feel like rehashing this, but here's an elaboration as well as her Awakening Skill.

Mikoto's ability gives her the ability to instantly kill any enemy at or below 8% of their max HP when she attacks them or hits them with her skill. Mikoto's Awakening Skill is more of a pure upgrade like Olivie's, other than the wait time and cooldown time increases that is. It has the same range boost of 1.7 times her range and the same 5 second time stop applied to all enemies it hits, in addition to this, her Awakening Skill deals a True Damage strike with triple her normal attack power when it is used. The cost for this is an increased wait time and cooldown, 1 second becomes 5 seconds and 70 seconds become 75 seconds respectively.
