It definitely was the reason for the long break here. They made two or three news posts about it during the wait. And then, while JP (the server affected by the issue) went back to their normal schedule after maybe a week AND got 60 SC as compensation, we had to wait six weeks with no compensation for it. That's why everyone was pissed about it.

She is the best silver valkyrie and in some (read "most") situations she is better than pre-AW Gold Valkyrie Kerry.
Her regular attack goes up to 513 (610 w/ Prince) where is Kerry's pre-AW attack is around 430. She is able to one-shot certain weak mob like goblins and quickly gain some cost back, Kerry without skill can't do that. Also due to being silver Misha is cheaper and easier to min-cost so she is pretty awesome on cost-tight maps with early rush.
With that Misha is one of the most valuable silver units in the game. Which remind me, when we gonna get silver Vampire Hunter?

The reason people want Mischa is because she can one-shot goblins, whereas Elaine cannot. That makes Mischa far more valuable to use on early-rush maps. While we're on the subject, Nenya is wanted due to her slightly faster attack speed and to help people overcome the wall that is War of Magic.
I'm too tired to fully comment on NutakuDev's statement, but I still think it goes without saying that there needs to be more emphasis in having the devs find ways to compromise on giving us our missing units, instead of endless Elaine/Calliope drops, Stray literally being the only gold archer, etc.
Likewise on Nutaku to maintain open communication, since we don't exactly have a Chatango or other means to collectively voice our concerns outside of support tickets, which for all we know is a crapshoot with them.

I know, i'm still pissed about it. We didn't messed with the coding, neither did we broke the game rules, yet we were the ones getting punished. So yeah the JapDevs have been messing with us for a while. (Funny no one remember this when they argued about the missing content and being treated poorly)

Like I've been saying, English Aigis has been getting second hand treatment for a while now from both the devs and Nutaku. It's getting better though. Need to get the missing units, missed events, skipped events, awakening, and we'll be in a better place.

I've seen someone mention recently that you can use Belinda or Yuyu to 3* it, however I don't know the specific details on exactly how to go about doing that. I also have neither of them, 99% of the different units I have are in my signature.
Also to answer your question about Mischa's cost, she's 12 UP base without CR, and 9 at mincost, after CC she is 15 UP without CR and 12 at mincost. 10 UP is really easy to get for her (I have a CC'd version of Mischa on my DMM account at 13UP and love her,) her skill is also a self-heal for 21~30% of her max HP depending on skill lv. Here's an image of a "perfect" max lv

I actually submitted a ticket to ask if we'd be getting the bonus SC that people mentioned here Japan got for the first gold rush, since it's not mentioned in the banner. Their response was that they didn't want to give out help on the maps and were hoping I could 3 star the maps on my own. Completely unrelated to my question.

If you worded it exactly that way then they could have thought you meant actually getting free SC for the gold rush? As in to use the SC for clearing it? That's the only explanation I can think of.

To be honest, those Subjugation events are really fun, and UP does not regenerate during them so you have to have Valkyries and/or Reinforcement Soldiers to supplement your own UP. You start with an initial amount and after that you're left to get your own UP to deploy more units. The unfortunate part is there's only 4 different "maps" for them, the map itself is the same but there's more and more enemies to kill for each map, so the first one is generally 100 enemies, then 300 enemies for the second, then 500 enemies for the 3rd and roughly 1000 enemies for the 4th and final "map." I can easily clear the first 3 that are the current Subjugation event on DMM, but the 4th one I've cleared about 871/1001 enemies, I just don't have strong enough units to handle the final few waves (its literally only 3 enemy units that are my problem). I can't wait until we get them on Nutaku's server as my units are far stronger compared to my DMM account.
Only problem I see is you forgot to tell them your birth date, social security number, height, weight and both your mother and father's backgrounds. Joking aside, I do agree that their response is completely retarded and someone else should have bothered responding to you because that is beyond ridiculous.

About Nutaku's lack of control over Aigis, especially in comparison to PPS or OI: It was their second ever game to be published after LoV (let's benevolently forget about the Luv games, they are neither representative to Nutaku's content, nor any good). At the same time Aigis was and still is immensely successful in Japan, last time I checked it was by far the most popular game on the adult side of DMM. So we have a situation, where Nutaku absolutely needs popular, high quality games like Aigis to establish itself, while the devs are just fine with the Japanese version. Expanding business and getting more money is always good, but if Nutaku wouldn't have taken their game, the devs wouldn't be ruined or anything. Under such circumstances, it's obvious that the devs could demand complete control over their game, since Nutaku needed them more than the other way around. And after Nutaku proved that this can work and pulled in a significant amount of players in a relatively short amount of time, they were in a much better position when they negotiated for subsequent games like PPS or OI. They were no longer in desperate need for any specific games to prove their worth.
Of course all of this is pure speculation on my end, I don't have any insider info, but this seem reasonable.
