Ok thanks for the help. Will Ertel drop from any other maps as a bonus reward? Or will TP be the only place to get more of her?

no more in story missions but events get her at some point like the serra event im sure has her

Past the desert, all silvers from story missions don't have repeats.

These more unique silvers like Ertel, Percis, eventually the silver Magic Fencers, etc all can show up in events eventually, but they are also rare. For good reason, they aren't used as CC or AW materials as much as the "basic" silvers.

The 1.5x drops on story missions this week has been pretty good, I managed to get fair chunk of my units' levels done.

Her mechanical equipment can help make a bigger bed. Which is better, a plain wood and fluff bed would probably break.

Well but then make sure you construct a huuuuuge bed. She's a huge lady after all, and you've got two of them.

I believe she is available from standard/premium summon later on, I don't think she is currently in the summon list though, even though Saizo and Khuri are.

AND WE NEED A SILVER MONK. I WANNA AW MY RIKA. WITHOUT SPAMMING PS FOR ANOTHER GINA.

About Gladys, it looks like she just a fairy that can be used as a bronze, silver, gold, platinum, black fairy. Am I mistaken?

No, that's exactly what she is. Though it'd be kind of a waste to use her for anything below Platinum.
