I wouldn't refresh until you've gotten most of the SR 3s, SR 5s, Rs, puddings and peromins out of it.

..or you can be like me and have no choice in the matter due to supernatural misfortune.. I've gotten the gold box down to 8/150 now (after getting the pink box all the way down to the last card and the silver box to 9/50)

Bah, there's more of all those in the Platinum box, and once you've fished out everything in the Plat box it just refills itself anyway instead of kicking you down to an earlier box. As far as I can tell, there's really no reason to stay in Gold once you can leave it.

There's also more low value trash in Platinum box. Unless you think you'll be able to empty 2 of them or you are an extremely lucky person who is picking out everything of value fast, I really don't think closing Gold early is worth it.

If you got the card fast - sure, why not. But if you're halfway in, you will lose value by doing this.

6/150.. almost there.. and had nothing but golds left since 7/150 (the card, 4 SR 1s and 1 SR 3 now)

bah.. just missed joining the cool club.. got it on 2/150 where it came down to 4 panels having the girl and 2 panels having the last SR 1

..on the bright side, it pushed me past Rawr again.. hah HAH!

..why does the platinum box have copies of the girls from the other boxes? That's silly.

for the silver box i didnt even see the silver unit card once at all until i got it at 1/80.

on another note finally got 200 streak with natural regen by farming tier 3
i wonder if i should keep going for the dailies and ranking rewards.

i somewhat don't want to keep going, because with the update of this event, this game is lagging my chrome as a whole after it stays up for a while, making it hard to play aigis or kancolle, still lags chrome as a whole without any other browser games too.
would be nice if there can be anything to be done to stop this, other than closing the game and reopening it every 30min.

I would say the dailies are worth it.

I'm also somewhat relieved to hear I'm not the only person having that issue with the game lagging Chrome

i wonder whats wrong with it though, not a memory leak (i think) or cpu/gpu usage, since mine are staying around ~50% CPU (4GHz) and ~ 70% RAM (17/24gb)

I use Chrome with hardware acceleration off for Aigis (it still works better without it) and Firefox for PPS and the rest of my tabs. Everything works fine, PPS do get a bit laggy after a while (many hours, not 30min), but it does not affect overall performance.

After thinking about it a bit, I kinda wish I max leveled 5 sr babes or sexy instead of having all these level 50 moes. If theory is correct, 5 12000 sed+ sexy should beat any possible babe combination. Which would mean you just have to pick a babe helper to counter moe traps. Likewise, all the babes above 11000 or whatever the highest moe is would work vs moe decks as long as you counter the sexy trap with a moe support(which there's way too many of).

Would probably have had enough to make a full sexy deck if I didn't waste so many sr cards trying to increase sed for elite guard. :p

So, after losing a lot of sanity and time, finally finished the 200 streak thing. Hooray. Somehow I feel like I could have spent this effort somewhere more productive, seeing as how it only earns you the equivalent of a $3 item.

That said, if anyone is attacking me, be warned that I'll be switching up my deck soon to some sort of trap since I won't be around much this weekend and don't have the SR card from the Platinum gatcha deck yet. Just a warning if you're doing what I was and relying on 10-15 people with predictable, easily beaten decks to get your streak going.

No action has been taken so far.

Well, I've done it and I'm still stuck at rank 6. Those top 5 are sleepless monsters o_o

At least it pays well though, I've emptied my platinum box like 3 times already.

At least I'm using some pies and stuff to also keep my attack rate high. Some of the others have only like 300~ish attacks.

How did you like the Coliseum event? Would you like to see more events like that in the future? What are some things you would change if we did get another Coliseum event?

Quick answer:

The event is cool (better than the last one, certainly) but I'd really like to see something done about the rampant alt-abuse by the top-rankers.

Alt-abusing wasn't the way this event was supposed to go, anyway. I say change the ranking into attack only maybe?
