So anyway, this event gacha thing, how exactly does it work? If I got to say 100% SR chance, and card revealed a SR I didn't want and intentionally picked a different card, would the next roll also be 100% SR chance or do you lose it the moment you get ANY SR showing?

The moment -any- SR shows up, regardless if you took it or not, regardless if its one you already have, regardless if its an event card or not, it goes back to 30%.

I had to max some Moes to do it, though.. I feel sullied!

..my defensive victories seem to have dried up though.. I think they're onto me.

I still wish I could at least see how many times I've been attacked, though.

Also I laughed at "worked hard" to get a slayer card. There is nothing hard working about spending money to spin a gacha to then in turn win fights in a bad matchup.

Sadly spending money means nothing if RNG decided to piss on you
I still don't have ANY E gacha SR card :/
At this point it's not even p2w it's gambling, we don't buy power we buy chance to gain it... why was i spending money again?

This was not my experience. There were two N cards in the event box, neither were the N slayer...

I sent along your posts to the developers, the information I have gathered is that that specific E Gacha was an error and not to be repeated. That SEG event contained errors of judgment as well as balancing issues.

They are working on improvements for the next EG event.

well, how it works (especially if the gacha box retaining status between events is a feature and not a bug) is that unless you're really lucky, it requires a minimum investment threshold before you start seeing reliable returns. I personally feel that threshold is too high, and the game effectively has no "middle class" because of it.

Yup, my logic was to spent few bucks each event but honestly there is no point. I will MAYBE get R slayer this way if i'm lucky or get 1 random R card from previous event... or more probably get nothing.

And there is EXTEMALLY EASY way to fix it, don't put N gacha SR cards to E gacha, this way someone who doesnt have any could think "hmm if i spend 5 bucks i am sure to get some SR"... heck i would already have 2 E gacha SR cards

The way eGachas work, it's pretty much all-in or nothing. Spending "a few bucks each event" way more often than not only leads to disappointment, and in my opinion is the game's greatest flaw, as this discourages casual spenders.

Were it me, I'd either A) smooth out the acquisition curve a bit (this could be done by removing a lot of the "junk" SRs from the eGacha box and/or increasing the starting value of the chance for SR) or B) frontload ONE event SR (such that it's guaranteed to show up within the first three rolls) per event so that casual spenders don't feel like they're just wasting money for nothing. The latter option would also encourage further spending since they'll think "hm.. well I got the first one.. maybe I have a chance to get the other one if I just spend a little more".

Not sure how it is for everyone else, but I'd be much more likely to get event gacha tickets if event gacha only had event cards, instead of normal gacha/normal mission cards mixed in. Pretty easy to lack interest when over half the cards on the list aren't even event cards.

Is it a bad thing that I don't so much as care about them adding p2w elements to event as I am about them adding cards that can't be gotten without paying for them? I mean would it be so horrible to add old slayers to the freeish gacha after the event they are used in?

Turning to Coliseum, I'm thinking this time around instead of a Cupcake List, people are compiling Avoid Like the Plague Lists. My defensive wins have all but stopped.

I said this a while ago to Nutaku on facebook and their response was pretty much "we want paid players to feel their money has value" which is a bullshit claim as we all know they are mostly buying the cards for the bonus and not to have the extra cards.

I would not care at all how much pay to win they went so long as I can still actually get the old slayer cards, I don't give two shits about rankings past what I need to get the event SRs. Them putting in 2 event old slayers into normal gachas while a new event is going on would be the perfect solution, it does not dilute the normal gacha pool while still allowing us to get the cards and quite frankly gives me a use for these 1300 odd N gacha tickets I have that are just gonna expire.

I've noticed that a lot of people who are known to have Slayers have stopped using them when they're not on the offensive, and probably precisely for this reason. I got up this morning after leaving the Slayers in on the defensive, and only got four wins. People have figured out not to attack me, and I honestly can't blame them for it.

I'll be switching out to regular cards as well, now. They seem to have the right idea.

I don't see how that helps. If you're already known to have slayers, removing them isn't going to make those burned once by you wanna try poking you again.

It's more for people who haven't been burned yet. I've only burned about 29 people so far, and they're for sure not coming back, but there's still well over 1000 players who I haven't burned yet.

It is a list not just for this event but for future coliseums as well. If they got slayers before they'll probably get them later too.

Pretty much a list of whales that will reset your win streaks, it's more of a safety measure then anything else.

I had my streaks reset at 170 something and 90 something due to slayers and at that point I just said no fuck anyone and everyone who uses slayers in these events.

It's more for people who haven't been burned yet. I've only burned about 29 people so far, and they're for sure not coming back, but there's still well over 1000 players who I haven't burned yet.

Might not necessarily be your slayers causing people to not hit you, I haven't really been attacked at all today(or if I have I have 100% loss rate), and I have 0 slayers. Might just be too many people available to attack.
