This game makes me feel dumb....well, that and I'm pretty bad under pressure.

Going by the FAQs it seems like the game uses the same Evolving system as Lord of Valkyrie, heck I wouldn't be surprised if it's by the same devs.

But to those unfamiliar, basically level your Valkyrie cards (both the main and the sacrifice) to max before evolving her or you lose out on stats.

Somehow aced the tutorial, then nearly got wrecked in the following 1-1 areas.

The game certainly has my attention by giving the pink-haired fairy mascot (that's like, two of my favorite fetishes!) an h-scene right off the bat.

Wonder how the login bonuses are. If it's going to be damn near impossible to evolve an SR/SSR again...

Somehow aced the tutorial, then nearly got wrecked in the following 1-1 areas.

Make sure to grab and assign the R Valkyries you get as gifts from missions, they help out quite a bit, haven't even gotten to really leveling anyone up.

I am disappoint that you took so long to answer the xenophobic question (hint: it's what Dev Tea/Japan in general is) or that you didn't know how long it takes for sunlight to reach earth.

But I'm also disappoint in myself for not knowing what year Pac-Man came out in (1979).

Well, gave it a try. Vs players is really just luck of the draw; Get easy or already-given questions and you win, get WTF questions or unlucky combinations and you lose.

What I've seen from my limited experience is that general knowledge and history questions are the best bet if you're not well versed in american and/or japanese knowledge. Don't EVER pick sports if you're clueless about baseball/basketball/rugby.
Likewise, if you're terrible at the sciences don't even bother with them, you probably won't guess most of the offered questions.

I like trivia-esque games though so I'll probably continue playing it a bit every now and then although leveling cards is slow, gold gain is terrible and so far it comes across as pretty damn grindy even for nutaku/dmm games.

Leveling system is same as in LoV so it will be long and tedious. Also normal free gacha can spawn only UC cards so being f2p in this one will be HELL.

Presumably there'll be events down the line similar to the Elemental Fountains in LoV, so I'm not too worried about the leveling system. But not being able to evolve certain SR/SSRs because I can't obtain four copies of them is going to suck.

Yeah, without events the economy of this game seems kind of screwed. Going from 28 -> 30 on the first SR they give you just cost me 28k gold, more than 10% of my total. She maxes out at 60, and you'll need 4 of her (all maxed) to max her level.

It's a little worrying, but maybe they can make it work?

I remember reaching a point where gold wasn't too hard to get in LoV, though that was a bit tough to judge since it took a month or two to get events to begin with. I'm assuming there'll be farmable accessories that'll serve as everyone's primary money-making method.

I like the -concept- of the game, but the mechanics are kinda pissing me off, particularly the randomness and everything borrowed from LoV.
