So I used a few tickets, rare medals, and 2 SR tickets.

I have not gotten ANY of the slayer cards, got a second Rebecca Silky, I got 2 of the Angel Saucer UFS SR girl (huge ass waste), a wicked Ingrid, and 2 more of Yukikaze's mom.

I now have a surplus on Taimanin defense cards, my UFS is still pretty terrible, and haven't gotten anything higher than a SR yet.

The haul was lucky in the literal sense, but certainly didn't feel like it outside of Ingrid and the mother.

both will get buffed, but not in a way that helps them very much. silky gets a % atk up bonus on top of the flat reduction, but it isn't very big.

luna on the other hand is actually pretty good for an SR.

attack up 17% and def up 3000 at level 1. 25% and 4000 at level 5. that's not a bad buff if you put her in the leader slot. the flat alone is big for level 1. my luna is level 4 so that's 23% and 3750 flat. pretty damn good. she'll probably be level 5 by the time her buff comes around.

Been a good while since I've touched TABA in general, playing the JP version for over three years in total. Feels quite different when some of the QoL changes are already there from the very beginning, plus when farming feels being easier for now.
Playing the game with knowledge gives a nice start over playing with try & error like back then. Despite knowing it's kind of meh when it comes to farming, I kinda "like" it again.

Dumped all my tickets into gacha, just to get UR Sakura. The defensive one. >_>;
Some more tickets to fire into it before the event ends, and to keep them until NY Asagi comes.

hey welcome. well, this certainly is the most active place to talk about the game, aside from the discord, but it's too strict on there. you can't talk about upcoming cards at all. it's "spoilers". like really... it's a porn game.

anywho, man, i stopped right around edwin black or fairy nights. i forget which one is newer. 3 years though? jesus, your deck must be stacked lol.

I've played without spending anything on it, and will handle it the same. Given that I know what to focus on and what to avoid, I have a little advantage on that. Spoilers for a game which exists for more than four years or so? Hmm ...
Edwin was a few weeks before the 1st anniversary happened. Fairy Knights got added with the first NY gacha or so, I think. But one thing never changes: Don't rely on gacha luck.

In case of cases, talking in Discord is an option.

Managed to pull lots of great stuff but didn't get what I was looking for. Did the step up gacha initially (nothing beyond some hrs). Then spent 60+ normal tickets, 15+ hr+ tickets and ~7 sr+ tickets. Before finally doing the 3% UR gacha.

I got LR Asagi from a normal ticket and LR Aiko Yatsu from a HR+ ticket.

Was both pissed I didn't get the rate up UR and got cocky with my LR pulls so I did both the 3% UR gacha and only got 1 Saya Neo for my efforts .

Moral of the story: F2P seems to be the way to go, got nothing good from all the paid gacha

Still super happy about the 2 Taimanin LRs though since I'm mainly using Taimanin.

Iirc Edwin was a super good card right? Then there were also cards with dark stars (ex-cards I believe?) too.

When do those cards come out and why are they good?

Edwin was the first double debuffer, but his stats are kinda meh. But he was free (drops in event), so ok for what he does. EX-cards are simply to screw up people with card costs at the very beginning, costing more and nothing else. When cards suddenly go up to 30 cost and around, you'll get into little problems if you want to use more than just one.
Good? Because they're only from events, and their skills at that time were the beginning where the meta changed to more powerful cards.
First one arrived with the 1st anniversary event.

I used the SR ticket from last event and as I predicted I got Luna. I then spent 8 HR+ and 20 premium tickets and got Mishea. I blame myself for jinxing it earlier.

Completely out tickets. Beach Asagi did this to me too, except with around 40 tickets. Them sisters like to toy with me.

welp, first SR ticket got me my 5th ingrid. so now i have 5 copies of both the SR demons.... but still only 1 rinko. why you do this to me game! i just want to replace my R sakura already T_T

Given that PvP events may not be around for a while (or whenever they may get added), having max skill Ingrid is the best you can get before you get a better % booster for demons like not too far away from the 1st anniversary event which ... may take a very long time if you want to stick with demons. No real support for them with the PvP event lack issue.

I've got another Oboro waiting for buffs. Been thinking of going ahead and dumping the lvl 4 murasaki for her. I really need to sit down and do some math.

At this point I'm pretty sure I'm just gonna save all my tickets for Annerose and defensive demons.

Edit: Did some rough math and it's pretty close. Murasaki slightly wins out by 791 attack, but only if the skills proc. If I don't get a proc the clone slut Oboro is the clear winner.

That math is only done with a 5 card deck and doesn't take into consideration a sixth card from summoning in an ally. Six cards puts Murasaki ahead by 1791 attack power.

Something I didn't expect when pilfer dicking with the numbers was how freaking good Ingrid is at level 5. Base she buffs my deck by 16,753.5, but after the 100% Asagi 16,250 attack up Ingrid's buff increases to 24,878.5. This of course, only compounds with more procs.

I did a little math and edited it into my last post for you.

Yeah, it's shaping up really good which is why I'm thinking about just focusing on it. It's going to be bonkers after the Oboro buffs. I hope can get some better defensive boosters for it. I have a level 2 Nya which is pretty dope.

Edit: Oh my. There may be a certain OVA that perhaps features a certain dark skinned anti-taimanin sloot up on a certain Anime site that may or may not Share. Hint hint. Wink wink. Rub rub.

I just noticed there's no midterm rewards for this event. I'm gonna go super light on this one. Get maybe one or two copies and just farm for pots.
