I'm giving valentine to mikoto, love using him so I won't regret it.

I'm still undecided on aranya but I'm thinking about getting it for Ferris, she deals a lot with 600 attack weapon so I imagine it'd be way higher with something maxed... and it gives wood+50 so if the scaling works how I think it does that should remove her electric disadvantage or make it neutral damage, right?

Theoretically it should remove her electric disadvantage and remove her fire advantage.

To what extent, I can't say though.

Actually it will make her have 2 strengths and 2 weaknesses. They don't cancel each other out. Which means she'll deal extra damage vs Fire and Electric but also be dealt extra damage by Fire and Electric.

Then why does Schwartz with the wood sword deal less damage to Agunis than an equally strong Shien?

If you are to believe game guide (one that is under the game window),

Each Character possesses 1 Attribute. The 6 types are Fire • Wood • Thunder • Water • Light • Dark.
There are strengths and weaknesses amongst the Attributes.

Attributes of each Character have [Attribute Values] which are added onto different types of Weapons, Accessories and Abilities as well as other Attributes.
Characters have 50 Attribute Points. There is a limit to how many points can be held.
A maximum of 100 of the same Attribute Points can be possessed.
If Attribute Points exceed 100, there are no added effects.

• Example of Attribute Value Application
• If a Character's Attribute and the given Attribute are the same, the [Attribute Value Sum] is applied (Max Attribute Value is 100)
Eg: Fire 50 + Fire 30
• [Attack with Fire 80]

• If a Character's Attribute and the given Attribute are different, the [Attribute Strong Against Enemy] is applied
Eg: Fire 50 + Water 20
• [Against Wood Enemy - Attack with Fire 50]
• [Against Fire Enemy - Attack with Water 20]

Should I bother enhancing UC weapons? So far the only R weapons I have are both swords (I maxed a Thunderblade out already) and I only have Margaret who uses swords. Who is another character that uses swords?

Because Holy isn't a part of the Elemental Wheel. You can notice there are 2 separate wheels; Elemental and Holy/Dark. When you give Schwartz a wood sword, you're making him also a part of the Elemental Wheel, and the only element he has to pick from is Wood.

So basically you're saying you potentially fuck yourself over if you give your holy/dark characters any elements. <.<

For some reason, the chrismas event popped today (instead of thursday): New pack at the shop, new maps, queen echidna removed.

Just a quick heads up in case you guys don't use discord: Do not attempt to buy anything from the shop, roll any new gacha or play the event maps just yet. They're still under maintenance.

i am sensing a pattern here. Last time the maps showed up but loading was stuck at 76% and now the same.

Well, this event is proving slightly more difficult than I anticipated. It's not helping that I keep wandering into the stages with the completely wrong element. Trying to clear a thunder boss (stage 6) with three water characters...... doesn't work.

Anyone know what stages are what elements?

Well, tried out some shard gacha and didn't get any of the new R Lily. So either she's the same rate as regular R girls or she's just not in it since I pulled like 10 Nonno/Sephiras.
