Signalling an end for negotiations, Alazais whirled and fired the pair of blasts from her wand, the bolts of light flying through the air and striking the servant of darkness, who let out a howl of pain. Unsurprisingly, the burns left by the attack were more severe than would be on a normal creature, this being was particularly vulnerable to light based attacks.
Still, the recoil in pain did not last long and extending an arm out either side, the Dancer rushed forwards, closing the distance although stopping earlier than one might expect. Bringing her arms forwards, the ribbons lashed forwards, extending themselves beyond their previous length to make the distance in a twin strike that left the oracle with little room to dodge. Ducking out of the way of one of them, she still caught the other which proved to be razor sharp (4 damage).
((Ah, initiative. In this kind of fight, all it does is determine whether or not you get a double turn, which you do not.))
