Should have something in the Phase where you assign jobs for the week. The ones with the H Building are the jobs you give to any holy prostitute. Though anyone can do virgin ones, only holy prostitutes can do anything involving intercourse.
Update to 1.0.11. There was a bug with the elf maid that would also make her leave in 1.0.07 that was patched out in 1.0.08. Whilst I can't say whether it was the case for Dungeon Town, this circle's games tend to have pretty terrible, game-breaking bugs on release that eventually get patched out.
Gonna drop this here before I forget, but when you mean "collaborator" mission, it's the missions you get on the top right? Cause I feel like I've been going a long ass time and it won't go away. Am I not supposed to have the mansions and just a big village? Hanging around like 12k
Yeah, those missions. There's a specific mission that invites the 'collaborator', which you don't want to pick up. By the time you clear all the other characters (except for the Saint, who can't be fully cleared until you unlock Hard Mode) and cure the lord of his illness, that mission should have removed itself. As an additional note, I've been playing this game without using any of the main heroines in the brothels whatsoever. I'm fairly sure this game's trajectory/ending path changes if you do use them in the brothels, so take anything I say with that being one of the conditions.

No need to worry, I was just confirming since I haven't got the Elf Maid yet. Though yeah if anything I did start a reset from beginning just in case, I'll continue this other save just in case I'm wrong about where I am in the game. Just got the slave trade or something I think.
In regards to the slave trader, when did he bring the elf maid? I'm in year 3 and still haven't seen anything yet.
I think the conditions for the slave trader showing up are 5 forests on the field + 20k population. After he shows up and you choose to let him do business, elf shows up in like 3-4 weeks.
I think you also need the Slave Building too. I think you also needed to have accepted his services beforehand. After that you should see a scene where he comes in with her and you can let her in as an apostle or whatever it is. I don't remember having forests though, but just have some incase.
Going by the site linked previously, you have to get the Collaborator bad end apparently for the rare sale to occur.
I'd assume it affects how much of the medals or whatever they're called you get as a bonus. I just sacrificed the ones that didn't affect parameters as harshly. Church events also are kind of weird, but they're just little supplements and honestly I just used them to get more followers/villagers. If anything you don't have to do them, so I think they're supplementary to parameters or materials, obedience levels I think, etc.
Also I think there's Casual Mode which lowers how fast requirements creep up on you. If anything, you should also just focus on things that work and not upgrade certain things, etc. So far haven't finished it myself, but resources and parameter requirements aren't too big of a deal for me right now.
What the characteristics are and want they develop/change into is actually static. Later on you get a God Gift that doubles the cost for corrections but lets you see what the trait will change into. After you've used that a few times you can kind of just learn/know what things are going to change into and work accordingly.
To upgrade buildings, you need to progress the story through a certain amount of believers\followers for some and for others you need to finish the trials for the heroines.
