Yes. I forgot at which exact level he gives you the item but it's lower than 26.

After reading a lot of comments and being told that the game gets too annoying, I decided to add a few things so that more people can enjoy it.
1)Added a list of the numbers you can call on the telephone.
2)Added a new item that fills the food and water bar to maximum while lowering the urine and defecation bar to zero. But you won't get it that easily. After you reach the recollection room, you'll find a girl that asks for a small fortune to hand it over. It's worth the price though.
3)Added Nails/Whetstones as a world drop. It seemed weird, but after playing the game for a few hours, I managed to do most things I was supposed to, but found zero Nails/Whetstones. They were supposed to be inside Unsorted Garbage, but I couldn't find any. Well, this should help people out a bit.
Hope this patch makes the game somewhat easier. Cheers~

A quick synopsis of this game for like minded individuals:
I believe that Country Life Survival RPG is a "Good" game but a "Bad" H-Game!
Country Life makes the mistake of separating its H-content from its gameplay, and it shows as most cg's are achieved through collection of books. The character is detached in that the scenes are fantasies dreamt up by our character and not actually performed. While those scenes are still arousing it makes a disconnect in gameplay.
I believe that an H-Game should try to marry its mechanics to the H-content, or at the very least use the mechanics to drive the player in the direction of H-content. Country Life Survival tries to make a compelling survival ranching game (kinda like a more hardcore Stardew Valley) but in its goal to reach maximum difficulty it dissuades the player. The only way I found to play the game efficiently was either to make a throw-away save and speed around looking for all the secret techniques, or use rest all the time and cheese my way through. That took away all the fun and challenge of the game while simultaneously making it harder for me to be vested in aqcuiring H-content.
This game has a good premise but it falls flat on achieving its goals of good gameplay and good H-content by having them both be left footed.

As for a full translation...I won't do that for now. It was really hard for me to translate this game already, and doing it for another game with scat as it's main fetish...I don't wanna

BTW, that one also need food BUT ...
1. You can play game WITHOUT FOOD, but it will feel like hell ...
2. it's easy to get food in the game, but kind of boring without variation ...
the trick is :
Food restore HP, and HP restore MP ...
if MP is not full, or very few, Health will get damaged ...
while Food gauge will get consumed if HP is not full ...
HOWEVER, MP will regen with time, also HP will also regen (if MP is full) ...
the trick is to make MP not less than 75% and STAND STILL (thus making it full), this will restore health too ... (this will make game annoying tough, so you will eventually use food) BTW, you will get GAME OVER if HP become 0, so try to avoid too low MP and starvation ...
Note, no matter how full your HP, you won't regenerate Food gauge / Rice Bowl at left ... =x= ... obviously ...
