Translation quality is shit because of the way the wrote the sentences. I'm not sure if it's the japanese characters but whenever you copy paste one of their sentences to google translate, it offers auto-correction. If you press for google to fix it then the translation makes much more sense. I don't know if there's any way to automate the whole process so you don't have to copy paste every single line to understand what they're saying.
I've had the same problem with partial translation and the only way to really understand what's going on was to copy/paste to google, correct it, translate it and put it back in the game.
Besides that problem, variables aren't showing nor actor names. Instead of actor names, you will see \N[1]. One way to deal with that would be substitute \N[1] for Homura, \n[2] for Kippei and so on.
Partial will allow for better understand of game mechanics but story will still be a problem until someone translates it.
