Because I love this game so damn much, I finally broke down and peeped at the code a bit..
Granted I didn't know what most of the other .ini files in the "motions" folder did, I did meticulously dismantle the player.ini file, and have prepared a nice board of information for anyone to use..
Just so you don't get your hopes up if you were thinking this lets you customize TOO many things, here's a short list of what it will allow you to change..
1. How much damage (to pleasure, that heart percentage, health (the blue bar), or "pollution") is given per action, during any specific position.
2. How often/rapidly that damage is dealt, during an animation (If you wanted to make it look more constant by adding tiny damage but very rapidly)
3. When, and how often the player moans during any specific position.
4. What kind of sounds play during any specific position (if you wanted to change/add/swap the sounds readily available from a specific position)
5. The length/duration of the orgasm animation (I was personally tickled to find this one)

SOUNDS-----------------
NOTE: Remember to add a number in front of them if adding new sounds. (ex. ARMOR_BREAK1, ARMOR_BREAK2)
The other number after the sound corresponds to the frame the sound is played on. Typically it's the same as when damage occurs, and/or the player moaning.
ARMOR_BREAK - The clothes-stripping noise
INSERT_MOUTH - The sound played for oral sex
INSERT_ANAL - The sound played for anal sex
INSERT_VAGINA - The sound played for vaginal sex
Note: The ejaculation sounds change the player's 'moan' sound to a 'cumming moan' sound, depending on the type. (ex. the mouth sound is a muffled moan.)
Note: There also might be a separate sound for when NO ejaculation sound is playing, for example Motion 13.
EJAC_MOUTH - The sound played when enemy cums in mouth
EJAC_ANAL - The sound played when enemy cums in rear
EJAC_VAGINA - The sound played when enemy cums in vagina

Look at a few of the 'motions' in the player.ini file to see how they're built, before making any changes, so that you know the system.. And ALWAYS remember
to make a BACKUP of your player.ini, BEFORE modding!
Consider this a sort've last hurrah, a final gift to possibly spice up a game that may never be topped in quality.

EDIT: I wouldn't mind doing the grunt work on this if someone had a request for a way they wanted the game modded. (Just please be reasonable. Ask in proper english,
and make sure your request is actually possible within the limits of what the .ini can do.)
Like if you wanted a version where all orgasm animation-loops are doubled, or a built-in god mode where she still suffers pleasure damage, but is never actually hurt
or 'polluted' from it. Or just a mod that increases the frequency of her moaning sounds so it sounds like she's having a better time. Or maybe one where you want her to
be very sensetive to a specific position, making damage suffered from it doubled/tripled, or a mod that decreases/increases overall damage to change the difficulty. It's
up to you.
