He was in the big batch of characters someone uploaded in that Queen of Fighters pack but I think the link doesn't work anymore, also he is on the mugen Bara discord. I can PM you an invite if you are okay with a lot of M/M stuff. If not, I can see if I can find the link by itself.

There's here, though that's very rarely, and there's better platforms for releases, like Hentai Char Mugen and the ryona uploader. There's also some people on patreon, like gettag and MFCM (futa characters).
