I'm actually holding out on releasing the next mod version ever since ILL's pseudo update announcement out of fear of it breaking shit.

I'll probably release on Wednesday anyways if nothing of note happens, so look forward to that, I suppose, for the guys that actually like the mod.

Do you have some new features ready? That'd great!

Yeah, you'd just need to do something to increase her submission stat iirc.

It's a bit iffy. The things added (re-added, if you want to be precise) already sort-off break the game a bit.

As already guessed, it's the Submission, etc. stuff modification as well as the collar, blindfolds, etc. Only problem I'm running into right now is the fact that the stats will occasionally roll over from 5 back to zero, with the pop-up coming back every couple seconds during a lewd act. Another problem is that Miene/Lynn can still remove/equip cloths, etc. after being shackled/blindfolded.

So as of right now, I'm just trawling through the scripts and stuff to see if I can find whatever it is that will make everything work together. If I'm reading it right (I'm probably not, but eh) then I'll need to mess with the global switches a bit to properly trigger the S&M stuff, of which I'm wary of doing since a lot of shit is tied to the switches.

EDIT: In case I wasn't properly clear, I'm trying the replicate how it was in the old mod, with the S&M items behaving like they would in Heaven. Right now, they're just items that can be unequipped but not reequipped.

I know it's not canon, but can you make it so that Lynn gets the deflowering animation the first time she has sex? It would make dungeon trawling a bit more interesting, since it gives a reason to bail her out (or not ) when you reach the lower levels.

There's an obvious reason why she doesn't get that animation, of course. But I guess it'd be interesting enough.

If you're going to, removing the relevant sexual-stat that I recall is in her profile would be the obvious next step.

Sorry, can't find the script that determines whether a character is a virgin at the moment. I found the one that that asks whether someone is a virgin, but it doesn't work with Lynn.

Aaaanyways:

ARDE Mod V7.0 for DnP V4.01
Changes:
-Reordered spawning menus a bit.
-Monsters can be spawned as many times as you want without having to leave the room and come back. (Lag warning)
-Changed the Debug Room layout a bit.
-Added a Blindfold/Collar/Shackles equipper. (Can't unequip, save beforehand. Might decide to add an unequipper later. Might unfix and re-add the version where you could unequip later.)
-Sex stat modifier for both Miene and Lynn added. (Bit buggy.)

Yeah I contacted ILL for a walkthrough and also some help with an error issue with saving, I have no fucking clue why the hell the game keeps randomly crashing with the save system, he gave me some assistance, but it sort of fixed it.

Anyway, no idea when we're going to see another update though.

Judging by his regular schedule of releasing new demo every 13 months, I'd say we can expect new demo somewhere around mid-August.

i know the author had illness problem but still, holy... wish he/she get well very soon as well

It's not really the kind of thing that gets better, unfortunately. Just something he has to live with, unless they find new treatments. It gets more tolerable at certain times of the year though, and that's when he makes a little progress.

. They give me sort of the same vibe so you can try them too. But there is one big downside. Learning curve. It will take some time to find out what mods are incompatible with each other or cause severe fps drops and other stuff. Or you can find mod pack or mod list with install instructions, i think such things must exist somewhere.
And about helping him... Last time he was asked about it response was negative, if i remember it correctly. But you can ask him again.

I believe ILL said he didn't want help because he would have to teach them his way of coding, which he saw as a waste of time. I also believe he said something about having other people working on the game might let them warp his visions of what he wanted the game to be, though I might be wrong.

Does it always have to be help in coding or inspiring him to create other peoples wishes? Just send him 10 horny bitches and i bet he's doubling his efforts in an instant. The man may suffer from pain and discomfort but some good hands on the knights shaft can do wonders.
