Rabbit ears appear very randomly when running stages (players need to look closely for a pair of black and purple bunny suit ears, they are not dropped by enemies) and collecting one pair of ears will unlock the final gallery picture.
Saves carry over from the older version, although all of the time records have been wiped.

I have the same screen problem. The game window is always too small (gets cut on the both sides). Changing resolution or going full screen doesn't help, I just lose all text in game on screen until I press Esc button.
Does anyone have the solution?

For its worth, it started on my 1920x1080 desktop resolution without a problem, and Full Screen was working fine with Alt+Enter.
On an unrelated note, the Gallery #5 animation was the only one I couldn't after completing it on hard (why hard, you may ask? well... I ask myself the same question in hindsight ;P). I gave up and added an entry for it under the abovementioned registry key: Gallery5_h466007576 (binary value with 4f 00, as mentioned in one of the posts on the first page). I think that is the one most people will be missing...
You might wanna try the registry entry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AppDataLow\Software\NobleG\Virus-Z in the regeditor, there are values there for Width and Heigth for the game. I assume the defaults are 1280x720.

Most people were actually missing gallery #9 until an update fixed it. I was able to get all but #9 just from playing normally.

also gives the unlock conditions for all scenes if you don't want to use regedit. According to the translate, it say says " Zutai (stage 3 or 4)". I'm guessing it would be to get game over with the soldier or fat man on either of those stages.

Stage 10 ends the game after the final boss. Game doesn't have boss run feature so no rank given.

Hmm, 1.02 still works for me.
May or may not have something to do with adding a rule for the game application to block incoming connections in the Windows Firewall, though... (wouldn't run if outbound connections were blocked for it)
After finding out about this net authentication or whatnot a month or so ago.
Try it, maybe still can help, even after the fact.
Anyways, here is what the update was supposed to add:
"Ver. 1.0.3
Updated Contents :
1. Some bugs are fixed.
2. Location of zoom buttons are changed.
3. Some sounds in Extra mode are added.
4. The graphic setting values was changed to avoid confilcts."

Can someone explain what Strength does in this game?
I'm assuming that Str just increases your Melee damage. I thought Dexterity would increase the bullet damage but it doesn't appear to.
Vitality improves HP pool. Intelligence improves your MP.
I'm guessing defense lowers enemy attack damage.
Is there any way to actually buff the basic bullet attack? Or is the game eventually pushing you towards full on knife fighting?

if i remember correctly strengh increase bullet damage but the problem with this stat is that you need to spend a lot (and i mean A LOT) of points to actually find noticeable ingrease of damage. The trick here is buying the special bullets that are sold in the shop to actually doing some damage. i believed that it was the cheaper one since the one that was more expensive had proven to been inefective for me whatever if it was for expensiveness vs damage i dont quite remember.

The latest version patch notes says it can now be played offline. So I'm guessing that if there are any new versions after this, going offline will prevent the update check. Since it doesn't seem like the author is planning to add any actual new content, 1.06 would be a good version to upload since it will always be playable.
The mosaic was also said to be improved.

Greetings, I would really love to play very hard difficulty and hell mode with cheats\hacks so I would love to ask two questions, 1.could I ask does this game has cheat codes, 2.could I ask Does Someone knows how to use Cheat Engine to Hack Virus Z And Other Stand-Alone Unity Engine Games ?

Maybe not the answer you're looking for, but this game in particular doesn't need cheat codes. In the game folder, there's a set of XML files that you can open up in something like notepad. You can edit the values in them and the change will apply to the game. So for example, you can make it so everything in the store is free or remove certain enemy spawns from each stage.

I just played the game, beat the final boss but got stuck in the stage. I got a "There are still monsters alive" kind of message when I tried to exit, searched the whole stage twice and couldn't find any monsters so I had to go to the lobby from the pause screen. Is that supposed to be like that or I just got a bug?
