Little boring game. Too much time to get to any H scene.

And 10 riddles?, each time you fail.. start again..ship, sleeps, choose again... it's just boring, worth an script to "auto sleep and choose".

The puzzle game is Ok.

The date sim is not tested as cannot reach the queen, with 50 charm and 50 strenght seems not no be enought.

Good news! Finally the 0.15v is out! Only for patrons at the moment

Here's the changelog:

-Added day event with Alison
-Added a new H-scene with Roselyn
-0.10 H-scene with Roselyn is animated and interactive now
-Added attribute text when training
-Added sprouts room (it hasn't any relevance in 0.15v)
-Added a hint in the cave's puzzle
-Right upper corner menu is more visible
-Changed Alison's outfit when awakening
-Alison silhouette/breasts has been modified
-Mouse-over labels with description of the event
-Studying costs now 40 energy
-Charming costs 30 and raises up to 3 points
-Impressing Roselyn needs 20 charming points (instead of 60)
-Riddles have been resized to 5 (the easier ones) instead of 10
-Roselyn Quiz has been resized to 6 instead of 10
-Added in Roselyn's Quiz right or wrong sounds
-There're 3 provisional endings (Alison route, Roselyn route, Losing time route)
-Minor changes is some dialogues
-Some grammar mistakes were corrected

A little gift! ;)

Anyway, we've decided to make only minor updates at this moment. This means that public versions can be posted earlier

Well I'll keep checking up. I'm excited to see how the puzzles have changed, if they'll be less of a savescumming grind to make it through!

You should throw in some logic games type puzzles to really watch peoples' brains fry.

I admit, I laughed.

I downloaded this game at .05 but never got around to playing it. I suppose i'll wait for 0.15 to be my first playthrough.

If we put some brain-frying puzzle we'll have a lot of people complaining about the difficulty. Or comments like "a puzzle is not what I want in my porn game" lol (also known as fapping interruptus)

Anyway, we'll keep on adding logic games, but not so often and not so difficult, among other kind of minigames....

I suppose you mean 0.10, not 0.05(because it doesn't exists). Well, 0.15 is a bit more complete, and more enjoyable for normal/casual players. I say this because the exception is thswherizat, who's a masochist lover of puzzles and riddles and he wants more :p

The difference for me is between the sort of interesting logic puzzles where you know there's a right answer to figure out, and the sort of frustrating "Can you guess what I mean by this term" puzzles or the impossibly slow image-construction puzzle. Puzzles can be tricky without being slow, and then I don't mind them.

Whichever version was first offered in this thread I suppose is what I grabbed, but I was turned off by how incomplete sounding the game was.
It is rather limited at the moment, but it has a cool focus on the idea of exploration which I find interesting. I'm looking forward to some more split paths to take and decisions to choose from.

That's right. There're people who love to see every step of a game they like. There're another people who don't enjoy playing alphas/betas.
With 0.10 we wanted to show our idea and see how people recieved it. It's the right way, because we're fixing problems we didn't realize on our own. On the other hand, it has the same duration (or even more) as many other projects and the same as the most dlsite's demos.
So, after 0.10 the game will be every time more a game and less and alpha. In 0.15 it starts to show 2 different paths: Roselyn or Alison . The idea is that it will be around 7-8 paths at least in the final version. You can be a totally douchebag fucker or be a nice boy and , of course, you'll impress different girls if you have a determinated role.

Okay so I took another play through.

Pros:

-More H scenes! Really made the whole thing seem faster and more enjoyable, as that is what we happen to be there for. Props on that!

-Puzzle got shortened, seems the most frustrating and finnicky aspects of that are gone.

-It is easier to tell in the final puzzle if you've said the wrong thing or not.

-Stat restrictions were made lower on most things.

-Animations are well done!

-More interactions with Alison means she is less of a flat opposition to the main character.

Cons:

-Why does the levelling of stats still have a random element to it? Especially when the game has a timing element, I still thought there would be a benefit to save-whoring to maximize my stats. I feel like as the game gets larger this will be more of a pressing issue.

-The interaction/ending with Alison is still so limited! I understand that the game will still grow but I was sad I didn't get any more steps, she was such an ice-queen at first and just as she was thawing we ran out of dialogue :\

-Perhaps the paw-pieces puzzle could start with some pieces in place? It was still very slow going.

-WHERE is the red haired fox(?)-girl from your banner? She looks great and I couldn't find her :(

-Still feels like a very, very linear play through at current. I'm not sure how other planets will be incorporated, because currently
the game ends when you choose the route with any girl, will it stay that way through the whole game?

Overall:

Good improvement from the first demo, a lot of the most frustrating things from the first demo are gone. I would really like to discuss the benefits of the RNG for the stats levelling, because I'm just not seeing it at current. I'm looking forward to seeing the game expand!

I'd like to see different themes for the different planets, is that sorta how you guys are planning to implement it?

Ok. about PROS we can only say thanks. You've said the main elements of the game we want to improve "urgently". It's nice to see the most finicky aspects are gone.

About CONS:

RNG has no sense right now. But it was our election beacause it'll be necessary. At some point of the game you will need to train some attribute. If you have a poor average you will miss some h-event. Not important for the main story, but...you've lost an H-scene. That's all. Some H-event will be easier to get and other harder.
So RNG will have more sense when the game grows up.

We're considerating to bring to possibility of choose difficulty in the game, so some aspects like puzzle or administrate correctly the days could change.

In this planet you will only find dogs. This draw was a welcome gift to our first patrons. It's in the banner because it's a sample of what will probably come. For example, right now we've made a christmas gift with a sexy reindeer.
Until we don't start with new planets don't expect to see another races (and yup, there'll be foxes)

It's almost everything thought yet. The idea is that when you start the game, you will be able to choose to visit around 4-5 differents planets. The story will change depending on the planet, the girl in the planet you flirt with, and of course, this will affect the relationship with Alison.
So you will have to choose. Furry partner (which one?) or Alison. It will be impossible to impress ALL chicks in the game.
Maybe, when we are finishing the game will add a playboy/stud ending though

Patrons can already enjoy the version 0.18. This version is not as big as 0.15, so it won't probably be uploaded to NG or some other portal. Just because it isn't different enough to 0.15v.


So what's new ?
-Added an Animated H-Scene with Alison
-Added a scene on the Lake date with Roselyn
-New button on the top to go directly to the Spaceship
-Two different options to put out the rock on the cave entrace
-Fixed some little bugs we've detected (music, energy requierement...)
-Corrected many typos/grammar mistakes

Besides, we're making a development poll for 5$ or + patrons.

....and something more is coming. We think you will like :)

Well, for those of you who are interested, the 0.25.0v of Space Paws is already available for patrons. Here's the changelog and some screenshots of the improvements made:

-New system of interactions : talk/Ask/Date/Give/Girlfriend
-Relationship status with Alison and Roselyn
-Alison has a new and improved appearance
-Main character has also a new and improved appearance
-Alison's H-scene has been redone (new system of animation)
-New animated H-scene with Roselyn (new system of animation)
-New static H-scene with Roselyn
-Alison's route is longer now. (you can date her)
-You can interact with a new character on the market
-Some backgrounds have been improved (cryo room, landing zone, library..)
-New minigame
-Added a Mute button
-Days limit: 45
-In some moment of the story, you will be able to enter in ALL the rooms of the spaceship
-You can't take the sprouts on the spaceship (not necessary yet)
-Revised grammar and typos

In the first page of this post you can check some new images/animations ;)

That was a lot of fun! The improvements to the art are excellent. Considering that you can get the game updates for only 1$ a month on patreon, if someone is on the fence I would say go for it. You work like two hours and you've paid for a year of access to this beta. Excellent deal!

It literally just showed up for patrons today, so I would guess a few weeks to a month?
