A squeeling alarm started to echo through the room, the lights switching to a deep, pulsing red.
"The FUCK!?!" she yelled, eyes darting around quickly. "The vents! Quick!"
Krysalis nodded quickly, diving into the vents as Nova slid in behind her, sliding the grating back in behind her.
What was that hellish noise!?! Krysalis asked, a bit fearful.
"Just a automated alarm, we need to keep quiet, or the grunts will hear us," Nova muttered, sliding past her to take the lead.
This world is soo strange... Krysalis noted to herself, if a bit dryly.
