So, for a long time now, I've had several ideas for games, most of which are parodies or original stories. They're all at a concept stage for now, so I thought I'd list some of them up.
1. Stud Service
The main character is a guy living next door to a couple of hot lesbians (or bisexual, as the case may be). He's on friendly terms with them and helps them out with various things every now and then. (Perhaps there's a reputation-building mini-game in here.) One day he gets a request from them: the couple wants to have children, but they're not too sure about artificial insemination because they'd like the donor to be someone they know and trust. The want the main character to impregnate one of the couple.
This leads into the sex scenes. As this scene progresses, the other girl in the couple gets involved, first with her partner, then a bit with the main character. The eventually leads into the second girl wanting to get impregnated as well, aroused by her partner's comments. The main character impregnates her as well. The scenes would naturally feature internal cumshot, perhaps with internal cam and such. The lesbian couple with be disgned to contrast each other, perhaps with one being a more domestic, cutesy girl, and the other in business/office clothing and a bit more strict-looking, if that makes sense.
It all ends with the main character, a few months later, receiving a picture of them both with big, pregnant bellies, and a cheeky invitation for more sessions. I know many people dislike pregnancy, but personally it's a kink. That being said, this game specifically contains no actual pregnancy sex, though a sequel could potentially do.
2. Sperminator/Inseminator (Or other fitting Terminator-related spoof title)
This game is a Terminator parody. The main character, Sonny Connor [or a porn-related parody name], is a young man living his normal life, when a tall, amazonian woman with short, dark hair, sunglasses and a leather jacket starts chasing him.
Sonny is saved by Kylie Reese [or a porn related parody name] and after an escape, is told that the creature is a cyborg from the future sent back in time to harvest his seed to create a future army of super-soldiers [this isn't quite how time travels works in the Terminator universe, but who gives a shit] as all males are gone, and Kylie is a rebel fighter sent back to prevent that.
The first scene is Sonny and Kylie having sex after they've escaped, since Kylie has never felt a man before. Sonny then gets captured by the cyborg, and has sex with it. The design of the cyborg is that it is physically larger than sonny, athletic yet curvy (in the way only porn can do), and very "biker"-y. As all seems lost, Sonny manages to cum so hard that the hardware of the cyborg gets messed up, resetting it and making it completely loyal to Sonny.
The game might end on a cliffhanger, implying that more cyborgs have been sent back in time to harvest Sonny's seed, which he, Kylie and the first cyborg now have to prevent.
I unfortunately have not thought of a mini-game on this one, i'm open to suggestions, of course.
3. The Incredible Bulk: Banging Rampage
A Marvel parody game focusing on the Hulk (or Bulk or whatever I'll end up calling it). Bruce Banger (get it? I'm a goddamn genius) is a genius scientist sharing body with a giant green ragemonster. He develops a serum he believes will prevent it from manifesting, as the serum prevents rage and is supposed to create other emotions instead. This might be a minigame, where the player must combine different chemicals in the correct order and/or proportions. It could even be a molecular "connect three" kinda game.
Unfortunately, the serum acts as an incredibly powerful aphrodisiac, and then Bulk manifests as a being incredibly horny. The Bulk bangs a Black Widow parody character (I was thinking "Brown Recluse", but that just doesn't have a good ring to it), before help is called in. Two superheroines respond. The first is She-Bulk, a tall, athletic character with super-strength, who is promptly banged as well.
The last superheroine I'm not sure about, but I've been considering Miss/Captain Marvel or even Wasp (Janet Pym), but I'm open to other suggestions. Due to the massive size of the Bulk, the sex might contain stomach distention/cock bulges, but also more conventional stuff like having the three superheroines all suck/lick his cock simultaneously, or receive a facial together. The game might end with the Bulk turning back into Bruce Banger, or the Bulk continuing his rampage, either works.
4. Booty Camp
Okay, disclaimer: this was originally created as a Baka game, taking place immediately after the ending of Baka Adventures Busty Dimension, where
, Baka returns to our world and discovers that his dad has returned from prison. This was considered before I realized how character property is treated in MnF, and since I don't want to step on anyone's toes, I'm now rethinking it more in a stand-alone way.
Basically, the main character is sent away by his father to a Boot Camp to get some discipline. When the main character arrives, he's sarcastic and rude and a smartass. One of the Drill Sergeants, a busty, hot blonde woman, gives him a secret deal that if he becomes the best trainee in the platoon, she'll have sex with him. She doesn't actually expect him to manage that, thinking it'll just make him train a bit harder.
The mini-game is similar to the one in Amazon Island 2, where the main character has to run and dodge obstacles. The twist here is that the running takes place on an obstacle course, and that at certain intervals, the main character changes to become more in shape (in a manner reminiscent of 80's training montages, preferably.), simulating time passing over a period of a few weeks or so. It would be even better if they could pop in the main character looking at the Drill Sergeant's cleavage or ass or something and then getting the energy to continue, just for laughs.
Anyway, at the end, the main character has achieved his goal, and now in athletic shape, demands that the Drill sergeant fulfills her end of the bargain. They decide that this would be inappropriate and - just kidding, they have sex. During the sex, the Drill Sergeant's superior officer busts in, a tall, shapely black woman, who joins in. Because porn, that's why.

Well, that's all for now. these are just concepts, but hey, they might be interesting.
I have no idea if Mnf is open to pregnancy but I think it has been tried before. If you want you should write a longer more complete version of Stud Service if you want to enter it. The longer the idea is in terms of writing the better the chances it will do.
There was a small talk about impregnation in MnF earlier in this thread. I agree that not much people are into that an I need to add that if game has no cumshot scene it sorta ruins all the fun for me
There are ways to deal with that, the most common being "internal camera" that shows the internal cumshot to some degree. It's been done before on MnF, if I recall correctly.
Yes they have internal stuff. I was the first to ask for an Xray cumshot on MnF in my Velma gets Spooked series, and I try to include it some in all my idea's.

But i still prefer when i have options like in MMO, it makes expirience more personal.

I like it when there's an option to turn that off. Most of the time, it's a distraction for me as it covers up the screen.
Internal scene is more like a innovation, and though I appreciate it, I'd prefer an option to turn on/off rather than being forced to watch penetration from inside.
