The classes are very similar and I won't use anything that Bard didn't have.

Having less skills is going to suck though...

Edit: Quick question, where is the Drow in relation to me?

Edit 2: May I also ask where my familiar is? Or would you like me to handle that IC?

The drow is 10 ft ahead of you, in partial cover behind the larger earth genasi.

As you haven't rped your familiar once(or asked me to handle it), I presume its unsummoned and you need to call it, you don't have the time for that during a battle.

Except, I did. I asked you about it quite some time ago, two months to be exact. And you didn't give me an answer, or at least one that helped.

Which you didn't even respond to, so I dropped it, as I didn't want to pester. So, i'll ask again. Do you have plans for my familiar or will I handle it? I would have tried summoning it earlier but I assumed the way you dodged my question meant you did have a plan for it.

Hmnn? Might have been lost in the edit, I dun remember what happened months ago. Anyway, you can rp it if you prefer, or I can do it, but its not the right timing in the middle of the fight. Your familiar can't see in the dark, so it'd struggle to assist here.

Would it be fine if I controlled in combat and you controlled it out of combat?

I'd also like to ask how I can access it? Can I just 'summon' it and it poofs into existence, or...

Frankly, I don't like that, it'd be weird to exchange control over it. You can give it commands at any time, which it will follow to the best of its ability, thats no issue either way.

Its a bit weird rp wise, but that is how it works. You are free to give it a flair like having it fold into a tiny piece of paper and unfold into a real bird or whatevs.

I honestly don't know why I keep looking at RPGbot's guides. The dude has no idea what he's talking about with 90% of his guides.

Eh, he has some ideas down but yeah there's a fair few things I'd say are skewed in there. I had to google who you were talking about heh.

Whenever you search for a guide for something, he's always in the first five results, so that's how I discovered him. His concepts on 5e are even worse, mainly the fact that he says Acrobatics is a shit tier skill, even on a rogue.

The dude obviously isn't aware of how useful the skill it, if you use it right.

The dude also tries to say The way of the Four elements is the best Monk archetype, and says mobile is a bad feat for the monk. Yeah, this guy has no idea what he's talking about.

Back in ye olden days I made a hobby out of breaking guides. Namely, taking what they did, and trying to come up with a way of doing it better. We're talking online servers and 3.0 to 3.5 here.

A lot comes down to how you use your characters... you'll find out as the IC fight going on right now progresses. The enemies you face right now are mathematically not as strong as you, due to you having the numbers advantage, they are same level, BUT, they are using actual strategy and play to their advantage, Asheroth will learn a painful lesson of that one.

Whats strongest is the proper build for you. All those online builds can do is inspire you and warn you of a few obvious traps, but hey, if you want to run a 1d8 weapon user with Savage attack to rp their mastery of vicious combat, am not gonna stop you.

I mainly only use guides as a way to see what I have available to me, or what is relevant to the build I want to make. It's almost essential with 3.5e and PF with the shear amount of splatbooks they have, i'm still seeing 'new' things in PathFinder that are years old...

The next level from that is simply going 'I bet theres a feat for that' and going on the search for whatever you need. most useful to powerbuilders is getting X to Y:

What status effect did I get from the attack that prevents me from moving?

Edit: Or are you merely saying I can't move and full attack on the same turn?

Edit2: I may have just instakilled the Oread.

I guess it'd depend if they're sentient or not. If not, neutral. If they are, then might be evil.

Wait a second, Holy Smite is an AOE and Xirce is a half-succubus with kinda crappy will saves.

Well this will be interesting. :p

Depending on how this goes Lior might have just made a new ~friend. This one will hurt :p
