Creator just needs to fix the mosaic graphics to conform with specifications. Most likely he got feedback from the inspectors on what he failed at, some of the fans in the comments probably pointed out where he could have gone wrong if no feedback was forthcoming.

Most the fans want him to release on dmm or elswhere so he doesn't have to worry about censors.

Why wouldn't he just release with a censor mosaic that fits DL Site criteria want?
And then just release the uncensor patch on his site?

All digital retail outlets in Japan have their own inspections to conform with national legislation. DLsite is considered lenient compared to DMM, the game's very concept would have seen it rejected out of hand because no bestiality of any kind is allowed on their servers.

Digiket probably has a similar policy to DLsite since many games on the latter are usually found on the former.

It's not the end of the world that the inspection didn't pass, all it means is the creator has to do a little bit of work to fit the criteria set and the game will eventually go on sale. If it takes an extra week or more, so be it so long as the game does get released for the fans to buy and play.

Oh yes because I was completely blind and was unable to see it because it wasn't there when I checked... Silly me for not using my future sight to realize it sooner.

Also to whoever thanks for the neg rep about "panicking" because it wasn't the creator himself who said that the censorship was the issue when it turned out to BE the issue. I was just stating what I saw.

I don't really know the specifics of how the Japanese law works, but going by the fact that most Asian porn is also censored abroad it seems likely that unless they license it to a western developer it doesn't matter where they publish it.

Otherwise, outlets like Mangagamer (whom I believe recently bought up the assets of Kimochi) would easily be able to distribute uncensored versions of these games.

It was Nutaku who bought Kimochi. The creator could easily sell the game uncensored, but they need to be sure they aren't distributing it in Japan. The mosaic law applies to distribution. That includes physical and digital distribution.

Its actually not that irrelevant. All of his accusations of the far left (feminism specifically in this case) are all sadly too true and has played a role in sex censorship. This is not government censorship, this is self-censorship (which the left love to do) and it's now extremely rare for Western porn to have a rape theme (and pretty unheard of to have a hardcore rape theme). Remember all the ridiculous fuss they made about Illusion's RapeLay game?

If you're gonna excuse the left than you'll have to excuse the right as well, as the right's ridiculous fuss about sexuality had no effect on porn even when they still had influence. Sure, American politics have little to do with Japan's politics but the other guy brought it up first.

Probably too late now as the game is effectively finished, but if the creator can fit in a feature request when patches are released to fix bugs I'd really like it if he allows players to view the keyboard commands on demand rather than having to click new game at the title screen each time to refresh the memory.

Could just write it down if you're having trouble, though honestly with how simple the controls are that seems pretty unnecessary, but that might come from my beat-em-up experience. The author of this game uses a lot of prompts that were in those, like double tapping forward then a button for a special attack.

It's really nitpicky, but not playing this game for a while and coming back after months means I always forget which buttons are for the potions.

Yes I can always write them down, but many other games of this type tend to have a readme or some such with the controls in one place. This game hides the command list in New Game.

Well that didn't take long. It's now out on DLsite.

I even got my wish for a command list outside of the game, the creator has listed the potion keys and the menu key on the website since z,x,c,v are so common for Japanese games.

Only thing to make me happier would be the ability to transfer stats and scenes from the demo to the full version, unfortunately the retail page makes no mention of this.

Yes I can always write them down, but many other games of this type tend to have a readme or some such with the controls in one place. This game hides the command list in New Game.

Pretty easy to right click in the folder, go to new and select text document and then write out the controls. It's what I frequently do....especially for games that have extremely weird control schemes.

Said games with the weird control schemes almost always have a readme file with the control schemes written out in the first place, so it's a moot point.

Either way, it's a really fussy nitpick which only I have a problem with and it's been resolved. If the full version has the readme I was looking for then that's even better.

Getting back to the game, no story like the first game despite the blurb on the DLsite product page. It's not going to matter since this is all about the rape animations and gallery.

I think paypal only works for the English side but I could be wrong because I could never get it on the Japanese side.
