I dl'd the 9/23 version and all the patches (27->36) from uploader so far (and the patches are in patch folder, there's "patch loaded" when the game start.
I am using the english interface and enabled futa/pregnancy and no other default config change.

There's new area, alright. In fact it's a final dungeon - you can reach it by going south from starting location. Final boss is not implemented yet, though.
There's a utility use for MaidenSnow besides damage. It gives the highest Exorcism bonus upon successfully killing enemies with it. This boosts your Exorcism score for unlocking appearance options at the mirror (if playing on Normal or harder).
Moving on, Rabbit got back to me regarding the English version of the game on DLsite.
He told me how he hadn't updated the English version yet because he was worried that should we experience problems with it, we wouldn't be able to tell him about them exactly (given the language barrier I assume).
So he was going to release the English version later. But now, the problems are gone, and he plans to release it soon.
He then said cheers for honest foreign friends, and apologized for the inconvenience.
Oh right, he also mentioned his knowledge that someone had downloaded the game from the (J) DLsite and upped it for piracy.

So all in all, very good news there. Rabbit confirmed for chill dude.
I think "official workable translation" (i.e. UI, menus, items, etc). Rabbit is against a 3rd party fan translation, and whilst he's OK at reading English, I don't think he'd be able to write the h-scenes by himself. That said, as many have noted, this game really isn't about H-scenes, but similarly I somehow doubt that the story will be translated.
And also the translation is already in the game, just rename the file as decribed in the English readme.

An updated release for English DLsite? Yes.
The problem was that the English DLsite has been backlogged on updates for a bit now, and it's getting a WEE vexing at that in turn, some people turning towards the pirated JP version in turn to keep up to date thanks towards the stall.
I'm glad we can expect an update 'shortly' then! Gotta admit it's one of the few games I keep coming back towards, and does kinda inspire me with my own projects to boot~! Now if only I could ever figure out the system he made to make random generated maps...
Maybe? Could be a while before a true full translation comes out though. The developer has stated that he doesn't want any fan/3rd party translations done.
As it is right now, the "engrish" translation has about 90% of the interface, and 1% of the story translated. There's really not much story to be had in the game, really. Its entirely playable as is.
Well, the program already has a random map generator feature built in that you can use when map making. He probably just has a script in place that calls the function, with some extra ones to place enemies/traps/items/doors.
As far as I know, a lot of the engine he built from scratch for メイデンスノウの妖怪大魔境 which is still 3 times the size of this game. This game uses the same engine.
Note that Roland, who is likely a descendant of Yukino (Protagonist of the other game) is all sorts of broken in this game compared to the protagonist in 妖怪大魔境. Once you play Roland, you can never get used to Yukino xD

What's also interesting is that, those fire/ice/etc towers are kill-able but sure doesn't take much damage when I was trolling around on my ruined safe. Except when you consider the fact that as a glass cannon, every single one of my weapon are Divinity 3 (Holy/Plasma) on my primary safe. Now I actually have a good excuse to have divinity 3 weapons~

The wiki has given a hint on the 5 new mob enemies, it seems they ARE extremely low on HP but have huge resistances to almost all weapons. Unusual attacks like a back-flip and bare-handed attacks seem to be effective depending on your equipment.
The wiki talks about a specific combination of inscriptions that literally makes your future spelunking a cakewalk regardless of difficulty. The stat boosts don't have anything to do with that combination though.
The system is a relatively standard rouge-style map generator - it's pretty common, what with it being one of the first types of procedurally generated game content (if not the first). This is an girl (item)that can only be rescued from the last dungeon. If you chose the right option (Cannot remember order of options, but it's end the girl's life, rescue her, or leave) you will take her with you.
Be warned, she's a permanent agi-debuff and makes you move slower than the agi-debuff. (As well as all the disadvantages) In extreme super maika mode I am playing in, I died off, twice.
My PC being downed mostly due to slave's collar being a floor debuff (where I rescued her) in the final dungeon. Everything I do there does 45+ damage to my <120 HP so it was basically impossible to survive. (First thing I did after I reached the chapel, reset my history. Fortunately, my PC was wearing chastity belt, so it wasn't that bad)
If you somehow escaped from the last dungeon, and takes her ALL the way to the Priest, you get a reward that cannot be gotten any other way.

hmm I cannot seem to get the unlock for "rabbitthrope" is there a specific enemy for that? I am pretty sure I have been infected by werewolves , and fairly certain I've been infected by belle herself. I've cured lycanthropy several times as well as lycan-estrus. its my last mirror unlock besides the one which is not implemented.
also on a side note does enemy 001 exist or is it a placeholder, as well as item 137 ?
No need to take it that far, actually. You gave give sacrifice to the doctor, and you can find him in the hut wile in the Last Dungeon, so it shouldn't take it long. Do note that +1 increase is limited by 50 applications, meaning that max size of storage is 150/75 correspondingly.
It's now the one year anniversary of the game.
And the game's been updated again, to a 10/5 version.
There's also new patches that I assume go with it.
The English release is still 6/11. I'm really hoping that Rabbit updates it now, as he was planning on updating it before now since the 9/23 release (and its myriad of patches) was allegedly stable. Guess we'll see.
